If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
George was a wonderful and extremely accommodating host. He was responsive to any and all requests for directions and information. The site itself was great. George provides firewood that is covered in case of rain and an immaculate outhouse. It's obvious that he dedicates time to making sure visitors have a great place to camp. He even brought us bolt cutters to help out when a friend chained my cooler to a tree and lost the key.
I highly recommend the site itself and George as a host.
Great except for rain
It was great staying here. Very quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Although with all the rain things got really muddy. We had A lot of movies to kill time and plenty of food! We had to leave one day early due to all the rain. The only thing I could think of that would’ve helped us. Maybe a gravel area for the camper as it was hard to get out with all the mud. We almost didn’t get out. We will be back though when the forecast is better. We hope next time we can at least do some fishing. Thank you George for allowing us to stay here. We would love to come back!
