Yes Yes and Yes! Stephen C. Foster State Park Campground could only be described with three other words, “Go Go Go!” The primary entrance to the legendary Okefenokee Swamp – one of Georgia's seven natural wonders, campers and nature-photographers alike will have their breath taken away by the beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife, and serene star-gazing opportunity of this 402,000 acre refuge. Stay overnight in this shaded campground or a fully equipped campground, and if you’re feeling adventurous you can take a boat tour or rent a canoe and explore the swampland yourself! Just leave the pets at home and keep the kids away from the shore, this is a national wildlife refuge for the American Alligator!
