Chill out at Skidaway Island State Park Campground just outside of historic Savannah in your RV, tent, or amongst the privacy of your own pioneer campground. Watch for the plethora for wildlife abundant in the area, or go straight-out looking for them along winding nature trails that lead to the boardwalk and observation towers. If you’re a lover of extinct species of sloths, then you’re really in luck – the park’s interpretive center displays a towering, 20 foot Giant Ground Sloth replica.

Most beautiful place to camp. Nice trails. No lights. No traffic noise. Lots of birds. Spacious spots. It's all good. Paradise.
