What a fun place! It’s set up very nicely for events, but it’s also a great farm getaway. Nice campsites. The whole property has solar lighting so evenings make for a pretty landscape. The piglets were so fun to watch!

My kids and I enjoyed camping at Kenton's. It was easy to find and they guided us to our spot. The animals were so cute and my kiddos enjoyed feeding them. We will be back!

Do not stay here in the winter. The host provided a heater but it was still freezing temps all night. We made it work with our own sleeping bags and carhart coats but it was pretty miserable.

Kenton was extremely accommodating and the little greenhouse was incredibly cozy and warm despite the cold weather. My partner and I got the wonderful surprise of seeing the Aurora Borealis the night we arrived and the day we left we got to see some adorable, mischievous piglets!

Perfect For Tent Couple & Two Dogs!
Kenton was a wonderful host. He guided us through the amenities his farm has to offer. My husband, dogs and I were searching for a place to stay where we could wake up to the sound of birds. His place delivered. We set up our tent on a nice grassy site, and awoke to the crowing of roosters. The working ranch atmosphere was a pleasant breakaway from city life. There were very cute piglets and a lovely pond. The bathroom was airy and clean. We brought our two eighty pound dogs and they enjoyed rolling in the soft green grass. You can feel that this farm is cared for and that Kenton wants his guests to feel welcome.

Cute little farm with space to camp on. Bathroom was clean and hosts were friendly. Only downside had dogs in the area barking all night. Didn't get much sleep.

This place was lovely. Peaceful and well priced. Kenton greeted us as we arrived, showed us around, and lit a fire for us.

The property was very nice and clean. Kent was awesome! Showed my wife and I our camp spot before we backed in. Showed us where to hook up the electric and get water to fill our tanks if needed. The bathrooms were clean! The outdoor shower was clean. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again.

Not a great experience. Let the host know we would be running late (check in was 2pm and we arrived around 6pm), when we arrived the bed wasn’t made and the garbage from last person wasn’t taken out. When the comforter and sheets were brought out they smelled so strongly of fabric softener we couldn’t stay. There’s also no fan or way for air to circulate so if it’s warm out the greenhouse air is very stagnant. It’s a great idea, just think more effort could be put in to make it a more enjoyable stay. We left early and after 7 hours of driving it was unfortunate to not be able to relax and enjoy the place we booked.

Granted, it was the only site big enough for our group of nine people with only a month's notice. But the weekend quickly became an exercise in managing everyone's disappointment at the disparity between the listing/photos and the site itself. The listing would have you believe the site is right by the pond where you can feel free to take a dip whenever you'd like while enjoying the shade of the trees. Not so. The pond is part of the *wedding venue*, which we were not informed was, of course, booked for the same Saturday night as us. We were asked--AFTER driving three hours to get there--not to use the "bathroom" between 1pm and 6pm. Aside from that patently insane request, the only bathroom for all campers AND the wedding guests (who were vocally displeased with our presence) was one toilet and a port-a-potty, and the wedding didn't end until 11pm. This meant our night under the stars with friends we never get to see because we're all too spread out was drowned out by wedding music and capped off by a groom's announcements that will frankly haunt us for eternity. The groom isn't the venue's fault, but we felt very deceived, and it was obviously too late to cancel and book some other campground by the time we got there and realized that the campsite was ACTUALLY far past the pond (which we never got to use), past several overgrown trailers, and past the farm animals. We were even looking forward to there being cows, as in the listing. Dear reader, there weren't even cows.

A group of six of us booked a last-minute weekend getaway, but the experience was disappointing, and the photos didn't accurately represent the property. Upon arrival, we were instructed to find a "ranch hand," but no one was available. After waiting 30 minutes, multiple texts, and phone calls, the host said they’d arrive in 15 minutes. Instead, a man living on the property appeared and guided us through an awkward setup involving trailers. We were told to "choose any spot on the lawn" as the Hipcamp was new and lacked designated spaces. This was confusing considering the amount of reviews making us believe it wasn’t a new place.
We were informed before the trip that a wedding would be held in the barn with noise until 10 pm, which didn’t bother us. However, we weren’t aware that the communal areas, lawn, and restroom would be off-limits, causing significant inconvenience. The day before the wedding, a planner rudely yelled at us for walking near the lawn and falsely accused us of not cleaning up after our dogs. We were not informed that the entire property would be inaccessible during the event.
On Saturday, we returned from wine tasting at 3 pm to find the main gate closed, forcing us to park away from our campsite, which had some of our gear. The campsites were exposed with no shade or clear setup instructions. While this spot might work for a quick stopover, it’s not ideal for a group getaway. Fortunately, we made the best of it. The pigs were cute!

Appreciate the hospitality and the campsite for the night. We were greeted at the entrance and lead to our plot in the far field(highly recommend the far field plots). We got rain, lightning, wind stormed out on our second night with a freak storm but if in the area again, would consider camping there again! Thanks!

We had the best time staying here. We got in late but the hosts were flexible and accommodating. We had two kids with us, ages 2 and 5, and both had so much fun playing on the grass field, running around the pond, and helping feed the animals. The bathrooms were also spotless which was a plus! Would highly recommend, this was definitely a highlight of our roadtrip!

The A-frame bunker provided a lovely break from setting up camp on our road trip:) The hosts were great with communication and were helpful showing us where everything was. Kenton was happy to spend time with us explaining how his farm works and we got to hang out with him while he fed his piglets! There was lots of green space. Kenton met our dogs and was ok with us throwing the frisbee and the ball for them which was great:) Thank you for an awesome experience- we had blast.

Gorgeous site, with helpful staff. We camped in a beautiful, shady, spot right near the pond. It was very picturesque, and the kids loved rowing the boat and seeing the ducks and pigs. :) there was also potable water access and a clean toilet/shower.
If I came again, I would be sure bring earplugs for everyone. We had a croaking frog and a barking dog (intermittent all night). Then at 4 am the rooster started, and at 5 am a crop duster was seemingly dive bombing our site. It did help motivate us to get up and get back on the road bright and early.
