We initially booked the rv spot for tent camping so we could hookup our fan, but once Dorothy showed us the tent spot, we were sold! I’m the evening, the longhorns walked up to the neighboring fence. At night, we left the top off and just gazed at stars. What an amazing view.
This site was great! Nice and quiet, plenty of room for RV sites and camping. Close enough to canyon lake, tubing or wimberly. Dot was helpful with info and parking!
We had a lovely stay here! It was very peaceful. Clean toilet. Great for stargazing! Got to see some longhorns. Nice breeze in our tent so we weren't hot at night. And no mosquitos! Dorothy was very welcoming and helpful with our requests. Would stay here again!
This was a most peaceful camp spot with all the hookups! Only 3 campers on the property. Nice and quiet with lovely breezes through the trees. We even saw a bald eagle when walking through the property!
We could not have found a better place. From the moment we arrived we were treated like we knew them forever. We had a welcome bucket at the site. It had first aid kit, water, citronella candle, bug spray etc. The RV sites and tent sites are exceptionally clean. The view is breath taking, the stars at night are romance and enticing. We saw deer, wild turkey, longhorns, humming birds. We got a tour of the property and it was so perfect. You are positioned perfectly to visit San Marcos, New Braunfles, Drippings Springs, Wimberly, Blanco, Canyon Lake and Krause. Gruene. It was perfect.
Camp in peace but close to town
Dot and Reza were wonderful hosts. They made getting settled easy. Camp is in its own area, under shade trees with hookups. Att signal was great. Camp is close to a handful of small towns, plenty to do and see in every direction.

I would love to have you guys back! AND send a photo of the bicycle lessons in the pasture! That was sooooo cute to see y'all go down there and come back smiling!
Attentive host, perfect location.
Dorothy was a super attentive host. The sport for our RV was quiet, spacious, shaded and had everything we needed. Cell signal was great for me to attend several meetings via Zoom with full video without a problem. Distance to Wimberly was about 15 minutes, as was the distance to Lake Canyon. Awesome spot!!

I am so glad you were able to attend your meeting while relaxing in the peaceful pasture! Hope you guys can make it back for a longer stay!
We loved staying on Dot’s beautiful land. My partner, our two dogs and I stayed in our 17ft camper here. Such a quiet peaceful spot to enjoy your time in the Canyon Lake area. Close to all the cool nearby spots (Wimberly, Historic Gruene, San Marcos, etc.) Wonderful sunsets, sunrises, and deer watching right from your campsite. There are 6 spots for campers and they all have plenty of room and shade. The tent sites also looked great in a nice big open field. To top it all off Dot is awesome. She was super helpful during our stay and was so kind to check in on us and give us suggestions of things to do. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

I so enjoyed seeing you guys enjoy the property! Sorry you have to cut your stay short but hope that you return soon!
