Penn-Roosevelt Park Campground

Timberrrrr! Oh, no danger, just pointing out how we’re nestled in a cozy spot among 80,000 acres of Rothrock State Forest, and there are a whole lotta trees surrounding little rustic tent-only Penn-Roosevelt Park Campground. That’s pretty cool, and so are the serene waters of Penn-Roosevelt Lake. Man, it’s quiet, does anyone even know about this spot? Aside from occasional hunters, hikers, and plain-old solitude lovers, there’s not a heck of a lot of activity around here. That’s okay, more forest for us!
