We offer shady campsites and fishing in two private lakes stocked with bass and bluegill. Lakes are for campers only! Campers can pick blueberries when they are in season (June-July)--limit 2 pints per site per day. Wildlife is abundant. You will hear owls and coyotes at night. Often bald eagles can be spotted at both lakes. Other wildlife you may see: deer, wild turkey, raccoons, opossums, fox, bobcat, coyote, rabbits, armadillo, otter, and squirrels. Please do not approach the wild animals! There is a pretty creek for those who like to creek walk. Petrified wood can be picked up in the creek bed. We are only 30 minutes from the University of Mississippi campus for people coming for ballgame weekends. We are only about 20 minutes from Grenada and Enid Reservoirs. These have some of the finest crappie fishing in the United States. We are located 2 miles east of the Trans America Trail.

This studio-style setup features two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with/ a coffeemaker, hot plate, fridge and microwave), dining table, and a sweet front porch. We have small ponds on site for fishing, and hilly trails for exploring these 80 acres. Oxford and Ole Miss are a short 15-minute drive away, and Memphis is less than an hours drive.

This is a really secluded, quiet, safe, and beautiful land. It is located off the road and there is little traffic noise and skies that are dark enough to see the milky way.

This was the best trip I have been on in a long time. The home was absolutely perfect but all the camp sites on the property were beautiful. The owners are THE SWEETEST! They responded so quickly to any and all questions my family and I had. The property is incredible with so many awesome riding trails for all experience levels or ages. The home slept my whole family comfortably. Waking up and going right out to our bikes to ride was such an incredible experience. We all felt so safe and secure there even going into town and leaving our stuff. I would recommend this family, home, property and trails to EVERYONE. My family and I will 100% be back and we are so excited for the next trip already!

The Old Farmhouse at Twin Lakes was incredibly spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Between the quiet, woodsy farmland setting and the architecture and furnishings, from the friendly dogs in their yard who greeted ours to the happy horses grazing all day, to the antique furniture and enchanting art, it was a magical experience and we wished we could have stayed longer!

What a fantastic campsite! The site is very secluded and private (this was the best feature in my opinion). We were able to let the dogs roam free without worrying about them getting in trouble. The views of the farm from the platform are really nice. The bed and tent were comfortable. My son loved playing in the creek, riding the zip line, and sitting by the fire.
