While we are currently a "no-frills" park without on-site amenities, we provide reliable full hookups at every site and are constantly working on property improvements to better serve our guests. Nestled in the quaint town of South Heart just off I-94, we offer a cozy retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle—making us a perfect home base for exploring the nearby Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
Also, we are the only RV park in North Dakota that offers an on-site RV service technician and inspector. Waypoint 360 RV is ready to assist you with any RV service needs!
Even though we offer a quiet atmosphere, you’re never far from convenience:
Recreation: Pheasant Country Golf Course is just a few blocks away, and Theodore Roosevelt National Park is just 25 minutes away.
Proximity: Dickinson is a quick 10–15 minute drive east.
Convenience: Both Walmart and DoorDash deliver right to your RV door!

Directions were easy to follow. Jason was very friendly and greeted us. Spot was level, grassy and really easy to pull into. We had the entire area to ourselves as there was no one camping near us. View out our door was beautiful. Very pleased with the entire experience!

Great location. Easy off from the interstate and easy to maneuver in the campground. We’ve traveled several states in the US and some areas of Canada. You’d be hard pressed to find friendlier and more accommodating hosts! This place is a hidden gem and we will be back.

Beautiful campground close to Theodore Roosevelt National Park! This place was absolutely perfect! It was nice and quiet and we had a great view of wide open farmland, our 3 dogs had plenty of space to run (leashed) around. I regret not taking any photos apparently I only took some videos of our pups loving it.

Nothing fancy but this place checks all the boxes. Easy access to I-94, full functional hookups, level grassy site, quiet neighbors (most appear to be long-term campers), felt safe, and convenient to gas, food, & Dickinson. We received a detailed message concerning our arrival and the camp host met us when we arrived. This was a great place to camp while visiting TRNP.

My original spot was given to a group of three RV’s that were staying a month. I was given the option of any open sites for the night and chose a pull thru. Pretty basic, but the owners (a sweet and friendly young couple) state they are planning improvements.
Once a shower house/bathroom, possibly a laundry room, can be added, it would be even better! Pet owners kept dogs leashed, sites were a bit uneven but nothing we couldn’t handle.
Quiet time meant quiet time - a bit rowdy/fun initially, but 10pm and everything went quiet.
A lot of grasshoppers, but not really an issue.

Quiet and peaceful as long as you don't mind an occasional train which i did not mind at all. Nice little town and plenty of places to walk. There was a 4 mile loop around the large field by the RV spot that my dog and i walked every evening.

No frills spot to land at night with full hookups. It suited us just fine. We were there 3 nights pretty much just for sleeping as our days were busy. Hosts were incredibly nice and stoped to chat a few times as we were coming and going. Seemed some other guests were long term residents and they also were friendly as we passed each other.

25 years ago I remember buffalo running through the camp ground at night and spook me in my sleep, only to wake up to the site of buffalo drinking from across the river. Wild buffalo, wild horses and just an awaking assortment of wild. Great park!

I camped at Theodore Roosevelt National Park in August 2024, the campground was at 100% capacity (sold-out) and the park itself was surprisingly busy for being a “less visited” park.
Unfortunately, during my stay half of the scenic loop drive was closed for construction. Even with that, I still enjoyed my stay here and would recommend making the journey out to this National Park!
