Sweet little farmette with woods, a few furry friends, pastureland, and natural springs. Located within walking or biking distance of historic Mineral Point, just one mile away. Ten acres of Wisconsin farmland with a little bit of everything: open pasture, wooded trails, and a quiet valley tucked toward the back of the property. Friendly farm animals, including a horse, a donkey, and a goat, share the land and tend to wander over to say hello. Water is available at the barn, and there's a shaded wooded trail a short walk in if you're looking for a more secluded spot to set up. We host only one group at a time, so you'll have the run of the place. A state highway runs along the front of the property, visible and occasionally audible from the road-facing side, so keep that in mind if total quiet is what you're after; the back valley and wooded trail sit further from the road. From here, it's an easy walk or bike ride into historic Mineral Point for shops, food, and a small-town Wisconsin welcome. The perfect spot to slow down, spend some time outside, and get to know the animals from a respectful distance.
