I had a great time camping at the Reilly farm last weekend.
A great place to turn off the phone and recharge your own battery. Very peaceful. Highlights..Morning hikes through woods and around prairie, Full sun on site nearly all day, no neighbors within a quarter mile, sound of bees buzzing in the field around the camping area.

My 9-yr old son did not want to go camping in a regular campground, but in the "wilderness". So I set out to search on line and found the Northern Exposure site on the RileyCrest Farm. It did NOT disappoint. He had a great time with the row-boat in the pond, his bow and arrows, and just doing bunch of kid stuff that would not be looked upon kindly in an urban setting. It was just two of us on 60 acres of woods and hey-fields. Tom and his family are very nice people who found time to show my son their livestock even though this is a working farm and they were plenty busy.
If you plan on relaxing in the shade, bring a foldable gazebo. Shade is at a premium in the immediate camp area.

Tom and his family are nothing short of amazing. We found this on a wimb prior to the 4th on a last minute decision to go camping.
Let me tell you that this was by far the best choice, and place we could've picked. I dont even know where to begin. The campsite was amazing, clean, everything we hoped for. The hospitality they showed us during our stay was outstanding. The animals they have... the friendliest farm cats you'll ever meet and the goats and cows that they are more than willing to tell you about...I couldn't think of a better place to go camping. If anybody out there is looking for a quiet, peaceful place to go camping this is absolutely the place for you. I told my fiance "I think we just found our forever camping spot" and she blindly agreed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best camping trip we’ve ever had. My fiancé got his rustic camping dream and I got to be with animals. The perfect combination! Our site was so secluded and beautiful and the host, Tom, truly couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back as soon as we can!

What a beautiful farm! The rolling hills and beautiful trees were perfect. I loved staying with a view of the cows and goats. The host was very friendly and proud of his land. He went out of his way to lead us to our site. There was already firewood ready to go. I waked around and looked at the other campsites and they are very nice.

We rented out the Northern Exposure site and had such a great time camping! We brought an additional camper, had tons of space and the views were beautiful. Tom, the owner was so accommodating and helpful for us to settle in and was there whenever we needed assistance! The goats are such a fun feature and so friendly! I'd highly recommend them to anyone hoping to disconnect from the world, enjoy nature, and pet some goats!

Tom and his family were amazing people . The RV spot we had was perfect . The land was well taken care of . The animals were the ICING ON THE CAKE ! We would definitely stay at his place again . This was the BEST Hipcamp stay .

This is a magical place. Tom and Kari are so thoughtful about preparing the site and making sure you have everything you need. The camper is lovely, and was nice to know it was available since a heavy storm was rolling in and it provided a great backup to my tent. The trails are beautiful and the pond attracts wonderful birds (I saw a belted kingfisher!!). The goats are friendly and charming and irresistible. It is a fantastic stargazing location. This is a real Hipcamp jewel.

I had a wonderful weekend out at the Riley Farm. As a host, Tom (and his young helper!) truly went the extra mile, making sure I was able to stay dry and well-equipped. The campsite itself is lovely, spacious, and thought through. There’s a small grill and a fire pit, with chairs and a picnic table. I loved spending time learning about the goats— which, by the way, are possibly the most affectionate goats I’ve met in my entire life. Also, huge fan of Jim and Cougar, the cats.The perfect balance of quiet woods & fields and some animal loving. I am excited to visit again sometime!

Tom was very friendly and his goats brought us pure joy. The camp area was well maintained and had extra touches like solar lights. We also enjoyed visiting Central Waters Brewery (15 mins away) and Hartmann Creek State park (5 mins away). We would highly recommend Riley goat farm!

We had a great time at Riley Goat camp! Peaceful, beautiful, and THE GOATS! Our hosts were fantastic and helped us get settled with water, firewood, and features of our campsite. We enjoyed walking the forest and field trails, and visiting with the host family and lovely goats by day, and staring at the stars at night. Already making plans to visit again.
