The cabin was womderful. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay, including heat, coffee press, some water, fun games annd books, and a clean outhouse just a few steps away. We enjoyed a campfire by the river, and loved being so close to Shepherdstown ~1.5 miles away. I hope to return in the warmer seasons!

Very picturesque setting near an eclectic town. I went there by myself, no pets are allowed and it was everything I had hoped for. It was the last day of a week long trip and it is worth staying for multiple days.
Views and cabin amenities are numerous and would recommend to future travelers.

So beautiful standing on the waters edge. Cozy, clean cabin. Nicest "outhouse" I've used. Shepardstown nearby is a great little town and so close. Note: Wifi did not work well at all but only really wanted it to look up nearby places. Sadly it was drizzle so I didn't get to sit by the firepit by the river so I guess I'll have to come back. :-)

The stay at Richard’s cabin was everything I hoped for. A wonderful view of the Potomac River, peaceful, comfy bed, fire in the fire pit, and everything needed to cook up wonderful meals…oatmeal in the morning and burgers on the grill in the evening.

Great little cabin with everything you need. Beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to things to do. Really appreciated the heat during a very cold night.

It was amazing and nice to enjoy the little thing things without all of today’s luxuries I think the biggest and most important thing to me was that there was no tv no distraction from just living and enjoying Mother Nature and life

My girlfriend and I found our trip to Shepherdstown to be amazing, especially having the opportunity to stay at this cute cabin. Everything was very clean and the decorations were charming. All the small details, like journals for guests to write in and games to play with made all the difference. The view was stunning and the fire pit was a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here if you can.

This tiny house visit was a beautiful experience. The house has everything you need and the view of the river is breathtaking. Fire pit by the water with clear views if sunrise and sunset. Historical walk and the perfect mix of camping and comfortable rest. I highly recommend this stay!

Staying at the tiny cabin was perfect. Just as advertised. It was clean and cozy inside. The outdoor shower was cold one night haha as expected so early in the year. But it was fun and made for awesome memories! We sat the lanterns provided up outside at night and showered.
The grill was ready to go and worked perfectly.
The air conditioner made us sleep like babies. Seriously it was an amazing time!
If I had to add something it would be to clean the river bank of weeds maybe. I got the place so we could fish right at the house. But you are unable to get out on the bank to fish. Literally the only negative. But there is tons of room at the fire pit to sit and relax by the river and enjoy the fire.
You are super close to Harpers Ferry and Shepardstown. Both are great spots and super cute to visit. Also Harpers Ferry Brewery. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up for a trip.

Loved staying in the tiny cabin. It had pretty much everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The views are amazing and we enjoyed being close to Shepherdstown and some really cool historic places nearby.

This was a fantastic romantic getaway, we loved lounging in the hammock and relaxing by the river!! The cabin had everything we could’ve needed and we will most definitely be planning a return trip later this summer!

This was INCREDIBLE. I can’t recommend this enough. Everything was exactly as listed and the cabin was absolutely perfect. There were so many lovely little touches and the hosts care really showed.
I’d highly recommend bringing binoculars for the birds !
Shepardstown is just a 1.5 walk away and I had a great time at Lost Dog Coffee and the bookstore on the same street.
Can’t wait to come back :)

Hosts are super responsive. I Enjoyed my stay at the tiny cabin and took the host’s advice and visited a few local restaurants and shops noted in brochures. Really yummy food downtown!
If you have time, read the book of Shepherdstown Firsts for a bit of town history.
I Appreciated the comfortable bed, and clean cabin, microwave and fridge. The fire pit has a easy to use grill grate. I didn’t use the gas grill but it looks nice. The outdoors shower is a nice addition.
The wifi was strong enough for stream a few Netflix shows.
It was fairly cool during the stay so opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air. The location is great! Across the street from the river, amidst Civil War historical markers, several hike options within 20-30 mins drive, and less than two miles to downtown.

The Tiny Cabin is well equipped with all the things one needs for a very pleasant stay. The place is very clean and organized. The bed is comfy. The air conditioning was perfect for the humid days and nights.
The best part is the natural environment. The deck affords a great view of the lazy river flowing by. There are many species of birds and one morning I had a baby fawn come by during breakfast. If you venture down to the river, there's a fire pit and a place to hang the provided hammock, a perfect way to spend a hot summer afternoon There are surprisingly few mosquitoes.
The hosts were very communicative and available, both before and during the stay.

Smell of mold was overwhelming. Couldn't stay in the cabin for much longer than a few minutes.

Just as advertised, quiet , good electric utilities.
A nice get-away retreat. Abscence of TV and radio contribute to the ambiance. Brochures about the local area show host's thoughtful intent to make guests happy. Was clean. Windows could be washed, screen door is dingy, and an easy chair would help. Try it and when you return to plumbing, you will APPRECIATE it.

This was a really cute, private get-away. There were a lot of thoughtful details in the design of the cabin. There was a faint smell of the pit toilet that came in through the air conditioner, and I think if the unit were placed in a different window, the stay would have been absolutely perfect.
