Really lovely campsite! Their dog Ralph was very sweet and got along great with our dog. We felt like we had plenty of privacy and space to set up.

Sarah was very nice and greeted us as we arrived. The campsite was very secluded and peaceful. Lots of mowed trails to walk around. She let us pick berries which there were plenty of. I definitely recommend bringing your own firewood to assure you have dry wood for a campfire. She was kind enough to offer us wood for a fire but unfortunately it was too wet. We had a great stay and had the place to ourselves.

The campsite was really well maintained. Had a really great experience 9/10. There was another group that we couldn't see but we could absolutely hear their loud music. The directions getting to the site were a bit confusing. We ended up in the neighboring property. I would suggest calling Sandra beforehand. You might get poor phone service there.

I really enjoyed staying on Sandra’s land. She offered the choice of staying in a large field or in the woods. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was was easy to get to. The sunrise was beautiful. Personally, I felt like there was a good amount of privacy. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is our favorite place to camp, by a landslide. We’re always greeted by the friendliest, cutest pups. We have stayed here several weekends in a row and plan to continue staying throughout the good weather this fall. Our area was completely and entirely secluded, and we already had a fire ring set up for us. There was also a lovely hammock perfectly positioned in the trees to rest in, and a platform for us to set up our tent. Sandra was completely and entirely accommodating to us during our stay and we look forward to every time we’re able to camp here! 11/10 recommend.

Check in was swift with a private escort by Sandra to a perfect secluded nook in dense tree’ed area. There was a fire pit for use, a hammock already hung, and a platform to pitch a tent except I car camped so it wasn’t needed. Loved the seclusion and Sandra let me stay well into the afternoon the next day. Only thing I would change is the sound of AC running through the night by a near by unit (not exactly sure of source).
As others have mentioned, narrow path to enter and all wheel/four wheel drive most likely needed. Will definitely stay again!!

Sandra was great! Quick communication leading up to the stay, and she was very friendly and welcoming. Our site was secluded, clean and exactly as described. Set back pretty far into the woods but still drive-up via dirt lane. Other sites on her property were far from ours, so no camp neighbors. It was a quick 20 mins drive to Harper’s Ferry, Antietam, etc. A very convenient and inexpensive option and way better than the crowded campgrounds nearby if you’re doing a weekend trip. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic little spot. Easy to get to, I stayed in the wooded area and it felt totally private. Nice little trails through there to walk my dog. Sandra kindly provided everything I needed for a fire too, which was above and beyond. Definitely want to stay here again soon.

Very secluded, spacious and quiet. A good place to slip away for the weekend. The only drawback to this property is the amount of thorns that covered the ground of the woods - a good brush clearing would improve the use of the space and make it easier for folks (especially kids) to explore the beautiful property.

Sandra is a gracious host!... She is very accommodating. Came back for the second time in a week with my daughter and her German Shepherd… Sandra put one of her dogs in to avoid any doggy conflict. She has a very cool piece of property in the back. I will be back soon!

Nice place! In a neighborhood but far off the road. Convenient 10 minute drive into town if you need anything. Feels very private and secluded. Site has woods and field camping.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandra's! She greeted us upon arrival and brought us to the site. Site #4 was very private and it was great to be in the woods! Close to wineries and breweries and hikes! Would stay again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra P’s Land. On arrival she greeted us and gave us a full tour. She has both open fields and dense woods to camp in. We had a blast driving through her beautiful property. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were 100 satisfied with the spot we chose. Perfect spot for this weekend’s adventures.
