This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

Site is only for tents. It is a very large grass area with willow trees. Parking is not allowed on the grass except by exemption. We have made exemptions in this area when the grass is properly treated for it for access of vehicles with tents on top.

Site is all grass. Vehicles will be guided to park as close and convenient as possible, but are not allowed on grass. This site is shaded in areas. with cattails, grass, and trees in it. perfect for tent styles, and bbq and setting up a volleyball game if you bring the right field equipment. This area does allow for multiple campers on the the site plan so please be aware this isn’t not consider a private spot for private bookings.

It is quite a large space, but it is the back part of the property so quite a ways from everything else.

This site is intended for campers. Vehicles can park in the gravel areas. RV's not needing hook ups can park near by, but site is entirely designed for picnic and camping. Perfect shade, and water access. Note piglets at young ages can get out and will eat any food you leave out. Feel free feed the pigs and chickens, but like in the woods don't leave anythiing out you don't wan the animals to get!!

Site 1 is near the Pond and animal areas. It is nestled right up to the pasture with its own fire pit. Has gravel and shade access and its own water access. (this site might be under some improvements at certain points of season be sure to ask!) Hook ups are normally available up to 30 amp. Be aware not all RV's can access this space without a skilled driver as backing up may be required for trailers. It is easily accessed by smaller RV types. This site is right up to the pasture so gets a nice view of the grasses and maybe a horse or two.

An expanding Chicken/Pig Ranch in progress./// Fruit, vegetables, hops, wineries, hiking,  casino, and fishing nearby. Mostly a quiet working ranch. Water Irrigation runs throughout the night at times with a low pump hum.  Water is available to fill your tank and dump site also available if you have the hose's to reach. This has access to the grass, a group campfire for the ranch, as well as gravel parking. RV must be on the gravel, Tents are more than welcome on the grass.

No electrical for RV's but you may run a generator. You will be allowed to park somewhat on the grass and gravel if you have cars or RV at this location. It is perfect for tents and campers with 100% nature and water life. You feel like your in a nature of paradise at this location. A fire pit can be provided for this location or bring one just don't hurt the grass so do elevate the container.

Site 3 is along our pig/chicken ranch fencing. It is gravel and is closest to a water spicket which must be shared with other RV’s but easily fills a tank. Can enjoy nature and partake in the grass. Be aware piglets are on the ranch so can find food if left out.

Site 5 right next to the hanger is close to the group fire pit and grass. Is easily accessible by trailer and parking. Water is available but only to fill tanks. No grass parking is allowed on our ranch but tenting is more than welcomed. Can easily walk the grass from here to the pond or check out the pigs and chickens while strolling. Please be aware though piglets can get out when young and will find any food you leave out! We do recommend feeding your scraps to the pigs and chickens!!!

    This was a fun spot for our first HipCamp experience. There was tons of room for the kids to explore and they loved watching all the different animals. As expected there were farm noises at night, but when we closed the camper windows we slept just fine. The host and other permanent residents who live on the property were so friendly. The bathrooms and shower were very nice as well!
