We enjoyed our stay there for the most part. We took a walk up around the campground, going down the back row of campers then turning back. We stopped in front of a site to watch a squirrel. The camper had a fenced area and the tree was inside of it. While there, I smelled sewage very strongly. As we turned to go, I looked down the hill into another site. There was a camper with a sewer hose positioned out towards the dump spot, but the cap was on the dump and there was clear evidence of sewage on the ground. The wet area looked pretty large, and the hose looked as if it may have been like that for a while. The odor was strong and persisted as the wind blew throughout our visit. On our last night there, we were sitting by the fire. It was after 10 and there had been campers arriving for an hour or so, but they were still coming. The place was lit up and there were the usual sounds of getting backed in and making adjustments. A little after 11:00 pm, there was very large bus-style RV that entered. More lights and very loud, squeaky brakes for a bit over 30 minutes. I'm not sure what took so long, but it was dark. Once again, this camper kept the headlights on, as the others had, shining brightly through other camp sites. Our little corner in site 35 was pretty cool. We kept our dog on his leash but observed several others who did not appear to respect that rule. There was also a fair amount of poo laying in the grassy areas.
