20 acers of forest on a mountain. Beautiful mountain view. Lots of wildlife. There are 2 lakes close by which can either be driven to or hiked to. During burn ban season meals can either be provided or I can provide an appropriate cooking option. This is fully off grid. Hunting is permitted during appropriate seasons and meeting local and state requirements. Being only 16 miles from town can make for a fun day. They offer an official fossil dig in the summer. Also some winter activities. With nice restaurants, coffeehouse or bars with some local entertainment.
