This one-of-a-kind glampground features a new two-bedroom, apartment-style flat with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer, comfortably sleeping four to six guests. The property also includes two large RV sites with hookups, four designated tent sites, picnic tables, a barbecue grill, and a shared community campfire area. Sleeping arrangements at this glampground: - The apartment sleeps 6 - Bring your own RV(s) to sleep 8+ - Bring your own tents to sleep 10+ - This glampground is designed to sleep 25 guests (up to 30 upon request) Set on 1.5 acres, the grounds offer a large grassy area ideal for volleyball and other yard games, a basketball hoop, a recreational pickleball court, and a short wooded walking trail that is perfect for children to ride bikes. Tucked back among the trees, the property overlooks a beautiful residential lake, ideal for a morning run or an evening stroll, with access to a public boat launch just minutes away. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants and amenities and offers easy access to Harstine Island, the Puget Sound, and a wide variety of Pacific Northwest activities. Please note that the RVs shown in photos are for setup examples only and are not included with the rental. Garage access is not included. Our family had a wonderful time at our stay. We had a big group with ages ranging from 1yr old to 72yrs old and everyone had a great time playing on the sports court and on the big nice grassy yard that had a volleyball net up. There is a nice area campsite for a few RV’s with all the hook ups available. Property and apartment with two rooms well maintained. The host was very responsive when messaged and very helpful when we had questions. Nice location nearby Spencer lake that wasn’t too far to get to and we had a full lake day swimming and floating in the water. Lake was clean and water was warm. The neighborhood was nice as well, friendly people in the area. Would recommend to others and would also consider to rent again for large groups.

Excellent Base Camp

This facility provided a nice mix of options for our group. We used the tent sites, RV spots, and the apartment. It is compact, but well laid out. We enjoyed the sports court and the lawn for activities. The host was easy to work with and quick to communicate. The property is well maintained, and I would return.
