We are a Off-grid family offering our private primitive campsites adjacent to Caledon state park. Just 20 minutes from Fredericksburg, Va. and 50 minutes from Washington, DC. Watch and listen to Bald Eagles fly over while you relax with chipmunks and deer rambling about. The property is covered in Beech, Dogwood, Poplar and many other beautiful trees. Bring your tent (or not) and leave you worries behind. We will be upgrading facilities and offerings as we grow. We hope to bring you and your family along for the journey.

A small level pad beside a little creek. Enjoy the views and keep you eyes up for eagles, hawks, owls, and other raptors. Deer, beavers, raccoon, coyote, and bobcats. Squirrels, chipmunks, bluejays and cardinals and more. If you like nature this is your spot. LandGlide and OnX are helpful apps that will show you the GIS boundaries and your location within.

This a cozy quiet and private on top of a ridge in the woods. Enjoy the views and keep you eyes up for eagles, hawks, owls, and other raptors. Deer, beavers, raccoon, coyote, and bobcats. Squirrels, chipmunks, bluejays and cardinals and more. If you like nature this is your spot. That is your site to enjoy. Please camp within 100' of the marked tree during your stay.
