Hello! We're a new working farm located on 45 acres adjacent to the Rhappahannock River. We have a small flock of free range chickens, plus a few goats, ducks, and pigs. There are a few rugged camping spots, and hiking along the creek down to the river. There's a portapotty on site and rainwater available for now (showers and water access coming soon!). Please pack out what you pack in. There are stores within 15 minutes if you need supplies. Please keep your animals on a leash within the ranching and adjacent areas, out in the woods is OK.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! Just a short drive from DC or RVA. Great primative campsite for a day or weekend getaway! Porta pottys are available by the barn. This is a hill top campsite overlooking a large field. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! Just a short drive from DC or RVA. Great getaway for the day or the weekend! Well water and porta pottys are available by the barn. We have firewood for purchase as well. This is a rustic camp site on a newly working farm. The site has a fire pit. There is water and a porta potty at the barn. The property is mostly wooded and backs up to Horsepen Run, which feeds into the Rappahannock River. Please keep to your campsite and the common areas. The houses on the farm are rentals, so please respect their space. Please be mindful of natural hazards. Besides farm animals, there are wild animals passing through the forest including foxes, raccoons, snakes, ticks, coyotes, and potentially bears. Please be careful and plan accordingly. The way to the creek is marked with orange flags on the trees - you can follow the creek to the river. We'll either be on site when you arrive, in touch via text, or messager via the app if you need anything. Have fun and remember you’re in the wilderness at a “new” farm! Cheers!!

Campsite on working farm hill top

Beautiful quiet campspot along a meadow edge next to a lush hardwood forest. Host was very very accomodating. He recommended - and we took him up on it- the short hike to Eagle Rock, down to the Horsepen Run Creek, and on to an isolated beach of the Rappahannock River. Only 15 minutes from Fredericksburg, but feels like hours away.

Secluded little campsite. There are a few nice trails around the property, one of which leads to a creek. Will definitely visit again

Lovely farm stay. Secluded site where we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves! We enjoyed the little hike down to the creek and look forward to exploring more of the farm next time.

Primitive Camping in the Forest

Tent camping on Koorosh' s farm was great. There is not a lot of signage, but Koorosh was quick to answer messages. There is a site nearby, but we were the only ones there. There are a bunch of animals on the farm. We especially liked the kune kune pigs. There are nice trails down to the creek. Very private with clean porta johns. Had a fantastic time.
