Welcome to Carroll County Lavender Company. We are a 4th Generation Farm that started with Beef and operated by Kevin’s grandparents and mother and is now a fully operational lavender farm run by Kevin, April and Abby. As Kevin likes to say, we are Beef to Blooms. Please feel free to walk about the farm, listen to the creek, pick an apple from the 100+ year old Virginia Beauty apple tree in the bottom, enjoy a sunset/sunrise and sit in the gazebo. Oh, smell our lavender too. Smells are always free here at the farm! Phone and internet service is sketchy for many providers. Reservations required. Food: Top quality options for all tastes along with 18+ hand selected reds and whites to choose from. 21 Day Dry Aged Sterling Silver Angus Beef, Salads and Sandwiches. The Grill located next to the Restaurant is open daily from 8 am – 4 pm. Vegetarian options available. Reservations must be made via OpenTable or by phone. Lunch available Thursday – Saturday 11 am until 4 pm and Sunday 12 pm until 4 pm. Dinner available Friday and Saturday 5 pm until 8 pm.
