We live on 52 wooded acres in a natural area surrounded by lakes and ponds just 14 miles north of Montpelier VT. We are located on the Green Mountain Gravel Growler bike packing trail and 7 miles south of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. We have lots of hiking , biking, boating and swimming opportunities nearby. Our amenity's include a bath house with two flush toilets a hot shower. We also have a washer and dryer available for our campers. We have two 30 amp RV sites with full hook ups and 4 tent/small RV non electric sites. We are 100% solar powered and have good WIFI but no cell service. We cater to small quiet groups who can enjoy our peaceful setting. If your are bike packing and our sites are booked just text or stop in we will accommodate you. The campground is located along our town road and the sites are 50 - 100 feet apart along our driveway. This is not a wilderness experience you will have neighbors, including us We are a family friendly, non smoking campground. We are open early May till late October. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, no Generators.

 We have a graveled terrace with water, sewer, 30 amp electric hook ups for an RV or TT up to 35'. Back in site. The driveway / entrance is 100' up hill but is quite wide with good visibility and no trees. . We have WIFI but no cell service in the area. You may have friendly quiet neighbors. See photos. Tenting is fine here if you need power. See pics of site. We are a family friendly, tobacco free campground. Pets on leashes are ok. Quiet time is all the time :~)

 This site is a large  sunny grassy area with plenty of room for  several tents and a vehicles. Located 300' south of the main campground entrance next to a usually babbling brook. Can accommodate 30' RV (Back In) . It is not a wilderness site and is located 60' off our quiet graveled town road so you will hear some vehicles. Includes  a fire ring and picnic table but no water or other amenities are on site. The bath house with WIFI are abit of a walk @ 400 yds away. We are a non smoking campground. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, No Generators allowed.

        Non Electric site, with water. Pitch a tent or back in your  RV up to 26' to this graveled terrace with 12'x12' deck, 10'x10' canopy, sink and fire ring / 2 chairs, picnic table, Grill, WiFI. Perfect for a group of bicyclists with room to spread out.      When the sun shines ,this site now has a 5 amp 110V outlet powered by a 280 watt solar panel which is good for charging phones and laptops and the canopy has overhead lighting. Please note that it will not work when cloudy and rainy. Not suitable for CPAP or other devices that require steady power. We are a non smoking campground. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, No Generators allowed.

What a great spot. Jon and Ann were excellent hosts, checking in with me on the first day with ideas and resources. Each site is unique, the scenery is amazing, and the campground is one of a kind. Every site has spring water tapped to a sink. Your own sink, while camping! I kept brushing my teeth in the bushes, only to realize that I was living like a king! Firewood, shower house, trash and recycling, laundry, the list of amenities goes on and on! Amazing hikes, heck just walk down this rural road for an hour of nature and beauty. Base camp from here for tons of ride options in the area, check out the local business and natural attractions, and know that Jon and Ann are right there if you need anything. I could not recommend this place more. Thank you both for making this available to others to enjoy!

John’s land and camping sites were absolutely incredible! He was so thoughtful with every detail and the bathroom/shower setup actually blew us away. He nicely stopped by our site to ask how we were and told us some of the history of his land build out! Thank you John, we will be back!

We stayed at jon and Ann's camp for only one night but will be back for sure! We stayed in site 3 which came equipped with running water, a full size grill, picnic table under a canopy and a wood patio to enjoy! The hosts have thought of everything including clean bathrooms and a hot shower! We look forward to another visit

Jon was most accommodating and a wealth of local information. He loaned us an electric heater for our camper so we didn't have to use the noisy one installed. The driveway was a bit daunting for backing up but we did it without too much effort. There's a great hike with waterfalls on the property and a cute cafe close by with good food and live music. The bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest I have seen camping! We will definitely return!

Beautiful campsites on a hill overlooking the valley. Each site had a covered picnic table, tent platforms, electricity, and a sink. Bathhouse with hot water was a real treat. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, accommodating and welcoming hosts. Very nice clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry! Best I've ever seen at a camp ground. Sites are pretty private with their own sink and tent. It is in the middle of nowhere but pretty easy to find off the main road. Dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Jon and Ann were fantastic hosts! Such lovely people and such a great camp spot. There are great trails right on the property that wind through some beautiful woods, as well as longer trails around the quaint and peaceful neighborhood. Jon and Ann shared great recommendations for nearby activities and made us feel at home.

This campsite was amazing. The cleanest bathroom and shower room with a small heater during a below 32 night was great after a long bike ride. The grille, electric hookup and tent over the table were nice glampy touches. It’s nice to rough it, but it’s equally nice to have some comfort features. The host Ann, was extremely nice and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this location!

Peaceful Escape in Nature. This remote campsite near Stowe is a quiet slice of paradise. Surrounded by gorgeous trees and untouched nature, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. What a beautifull and quiet place. We loved it. Shower and restroom are clean and nice. WIFI works great if you are on the campground. We were in site 5 which is actually about 600ft away and the wifi did not reach that far. We had no mobile service. Ann was a very nice and helpfull host.

Perfect stop for the Green Mountain Growler Tour. The camping spots are all great and well equiped (wifi!), and the bathroom is super clean. A truly charming place, could have stayed a bit more!

Jon and Ann's space is so beautiful and peaceful! Its location is far enough out that you can see all the stars at night but still conveniently close to food and many attractions. The campsite itself feels secluded and is maintained beautifully. The facilities are clean and appear recently updated. It was great to have full hookup for our trailer! We felt very welcomed and appreciated Jon answering all our questions!

1st things 1st, John is an excellent host. The infrastructure at each tent site is crazy... shade tents, counter and sink. The shower is amazingly clean. The on your way out (if on bike) dont miss the maple corner store 4 miles down the road.
