Majestic oak trees provide a restful, sun dappled environment for your stay. Our rural location is peacefully removed from adjacent commercial clutter and noise, yet is only minutes from interstate access and shopping. Wide roads throughout the resort provide easy turns and pull-throughs. All treehouse cabins and tiny homes offer ample parking and are spaced far enough apart to prevent a feeling of cramped lodging. A perfect setting for family reunions, large gatherings, or just relaxing on your own. Our resort accommodates travelers with any class of motorhome or RV as well as folks needing house-style lodging. Our on-site manger lives on the property, overseeing the welcome center, providing you assistance and ensuring that the grounds and amenities are always maintained.

Site 1 - Super Premium Sites Close to Silos!
I really wanted to like this site because it was easy to find and the host was super responsive. The internet was great, too, The downside was that the first night our RV smelled like rotten eggs and we couldn’t figure out as to why. We didn’t use propane, plus we had a detector for it. That night we thought it was the AC. The next day we went to a different campsite and we didn’t experience the rotten egg smell problem. I spoke with the RV owners and they researched it and it wasn’t the water in the RV because they refilled it with fresh water and that it was most likely the RV sites water/pipes. Which makes sense because I smelled the water while I showered and it wasn’t great, the water was also a little cloudy, and some fell into my mouth while showering and it tasted terrible even when I spit it out. So there might need to be some cleaning? I’m not 💯sure. But otherwise, this location would’ve been great. We just couldn’t live in the sulfur smell.

This is a beautiful new RV resort. It looked like all RV sites were pull through sites. They have nice cabins and treehouses that you can rent as well. The bathhouses were clean.

Freaking amazing. Clean is an understatement. The pads, park, bathrooms, showers, etc are absolutely spotless, clean, and new. It's quiet, easy to pull in and out of the spots, easy to setup as the pads are level concrete, and every hookup you'd need. 100% would recommend.

This was by far one of the nicest Rv Parks I have ever been to! We were heading back to Iowa from Austin and it was a late start! After not feeling comfortable at our planned stop I drove up to Jason's RV Park and he let me book same day/ heard back super fast and within 30 minutes I pulled into our spot for the night! The bathrooms may be cleaner than my ones at home and air conditioned! haha. Thanks so much for taking us in;) we will for sure be back! I want to experience the treehouses next time!

Clean facilities and easy pull thru hookups. Beautiful property and surround. We loved it. Jason was communicative and helpful. We are new to RVing so this trip was a practice run to get used to the travel trailer with three dogs. It was prime for that for sure, but we look forward to coming back when we can spend more time relaxing.

The camp was beautiful. The camper pads were level and spacious and provided an incredible view out the front window of the fields and the sunset out the back. I loved the lights on each cabin at night. Exceptionally clean.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed and close enough to everything in Waco to easily travel back and forth from town to the RV Park. James is also very kind and helpful.

Site 7 - Super Premium Sites Close to Silos!
This was our first RV trip ever and I think we have been spoiled!! This site is amazing. Everything is brand new and they really thought of everything from the giant roads to the huge pull through sites. The showers and bathrooms were unbelievably clean!! There’s a nice little pond to fish at and enjoy the sunsets/sunrises. James were very helpful and attentive. It’s a great location for Waco and of course the Czech Stop. :) We will be back!!

Very nice place to spend a few days. Great views. Clean. Well maintained. Well located. We arrived late due to traffic and host was very gracious. I look forward to staying here again.

Easy check in! James took us to our site. Sites are a great width, length and not on top of each other. Laundry areas were very clean. Very peaceful and quiet place! Wish we were staying longer. The tree house area was very mesmerizing. Would definitely recommend.

Communication was great. Very personable. The place is brand new so its still a work in progress but they have done a great job on RV spaces, concrete pads and nice space in between. Close enough to Waco downtown. Stayed a week in our 43 foot RV.

Super Premium Sites Close to Silos!
The RV park is beautiful! It is in the country, but 15 minutes from Baylor and downtown Waco. The sites are long and level. The elevated fire pit is perfect for campfires and S’mores. The park showers are like a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. They are climate controlled with plenty of hot water. The entire property is clean and well maintained. The treehouses and tiny houses allow friends and family without an RV to stay nearby. This was perfect for our family. The hosts are kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is going to be a great RV Resort once it gets finished... but it was wonderful as it was now. We look forward to returning there no matter where in Waco we need to go. Can't wait to see it develop! James was a great guy to. If you need anything, he's a great contact to have in the area.

Very nicely layed-out campground with wu wunderfull caretakers!! People where really nice and hospitable!! Although not 100% finished yet everything is up and running. The restrooms and showers are unmatched and super clean!!

Fantastic spacious, quiet spot with beautiful sunrise and sunset views, along with wonderful stargazing. Facilities were top rate and super clean. Wi-Fi strong and fast. James responded quickly to our questions and was super helpful when we had “first time RV” troubles. Absolutely looking forward to our next stay at Waco Creekside.
