New park all concrete pads and roads over 250 trees with over 200 palm trees. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, shower facility, onsite laundry BBQ grills, pickle ball, and basketball! Why you should stay here... If you want to be close to the city without being stuck IN the city, our RV sites are the perfect place for you to retreat to! We are only 20 minutes from Dallas, and even closer than that to downtown Terrell. We are an all-concrete RV Park that provides a natural getaway experience. We have cute palm trees and A-Class amenities that will help you feel like you can stay on the resort. Enjoy our pool, hot tub community BBQ grills, shower facility, onsite laundry, pickle ball, and basketball making us a perfect family destination! RV Sites With 113 sites we have a place for everyone! You can get a Pull-Thru or a Back-In site! You'll experience the cozy and relaxed nature of Texas. 3 adults maximum for base rate, passed that then there will be an additional cost. Weekly rate of $225. We are very kid friendly. We maintain a high quality resort to cater to our residents of all kinds!
