Escape the city and discover the charm of Tiny Town at GSD Ranch, where a unique rental experience awaits. Our rentals sleep 2 to 7 people depending on size and setup. Choose from six cozy cabin/tiny homes or park your RV at one of our eight spots, and you may bring your horse along to book a stay at our Horse Motel. Situated on Hwy 281, Just about 3 miles (South) from downtown Hico and 20 miles from Hamilton. This is more than just a stay—it's an adventure by Vacation Your Way! Immerse yourself in farm life by visiting our friendly animals, including cows, sheep, mini-donkeys, and mini-goats. Gather around the community fire pit for stargazing like you've never seen before, and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the countryside or relax in a hammock and play a round of horse shoes! Vacation Your Way created Tiny Town to provide quick get-a-ways (estimated 1.5 hour drive) from DFW and other big cities around Texas so y’all can enjoy the ranch life at our unique vacation rentals. If you are traveling with extended family or friends, please contact your host so that we can book your groups nearby each other. It's the perfect way to travel with others, you each have your own private space but your guests are nearby. Tiny homes and cabins are spread apart on our many acres. Glen Rose's DinoWorld and Fossil Rim are about a 30 min drive! ( Ask us about our second Tiny Town that is a lake experience in Eastland, TX–Lake Eastland!)

HIGHLIGHTS for TINY HOME 6: The Regulators Bunk House Tiny Home 6 We recommend you visit the Billy the Kid Museum in downtown Hico to learn more about Billy the Kid's gang named The Regulators! We think they spent time at our bunk house when they were hiding from Sheriff William Brady! Sleeping: Loft has 2 twin beds and some fun kid's themed games! Downstairs has 2-twin bunk bed in hallway (bunk house!) and a Downstairs bedroom with a queen and tv hooked up to a DVD player with some fun DVDs provided. Lovely little bathroom Beautiful kitchen (with utensils, dishes, pans for light cooking) and cool western dining table and stools! More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize (laundry) the beautiful space so you can escape the city and truly enjoy the fresh open air of the ranch! Some Reminders about TINY HOME 6: There is no WiFi at this time. If you bring a hotspot it may work. This area is rural and WiFi is spotty. PARKING: Please review the map of Tiny Town in the pictures. The Tiny Home 6 parking is at end of the driveway at parking sign. Then you have a short walk (follow the gravel pathway) to the Tiny Home. You may want to bring a flashlight if you arrive in the evening. (Umbrella will help when it’s raining) Expect typical plants and insects as this is a ranch. It may be a muddy walk due to weather. Must be 25 and older to rent. Host is not responsible for anything left behind after check-out time. No Smoking. No Parties. Absolutely fantastic BUNK HOUSE!! Your kids will go crazy over the upstairs (5 foot high) children's loft area - with toys, games and a great time! There are two twins in the loft. There are two twin bunk beds on the first floor and a queen bed (So comfortable!!) in the back bedroom (has TV attached to DVD player with family friendly DVDs). Huge refrigerator and lovely kitchenette. Great couch and sitting area. Outside- a nice fire pit for TH 6. (Please do not light fire when fire ban is in effect)

HIGHLIGHTS for TINY HOME 3: Tiny Home 3 - Mosaic Sojourn This is a true Tiny Home at just under 180 Sq Feet- a fascinating experience to stay here! Best for 2 adults (or family of 4. I recommend 14 yr and younger for twin convertible chairs - not sure an adult would be comfortable) -Sleeping: This Tiny home has a queen sized bed in the Loft, accessible via a fixed ladder. With two cool red convertible chairs that turn into 2 twin sized (futon) beds! -The bathroom has a sink, full-sized toilet, and a full size shower. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. “Flushable” or any wipes or sanitary products will ruin and plug up the septic system. -The bathroom is fully equipped but has privacy curtains instead of a solid door. Hot water tank is small, so hot showers must be on the shorter side. -Kitchen has designer sink, a dual cooktop, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, keurig and K-cups, complimentary water bottles, Tea bags, creamers and sugars, as well as kitchen utensils and cookware. Front Door deck - Enjoy a unique quaint country experience close to nature, and 3 miles away from beautiful historic town of Hico TX. MOSAIC SOJOURN Tiny Home 3 is the Ultimate baecation -cozy up with your darling and Escape from the city and experience the romantic ranch life! Experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort at the beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath farmhouse at Rockin’ K Ranch. This inviting retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy TV area, and an authentic ranch experience with a horse motel (barn/turnout) on-site—perfect for horse owners or those seeking an extended country stay. Unwind by the fire pit under the stars or relax on the spacious back porch while your dog enjoys the leash-friendly grounds. Nestled next to Tiny Town at GSD Ranch, this farmhouse is your ideal escape in the picturesque town of Hico. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a serene retreat, Rockin’ K Ranch offers the perfect setting for a memorable stay. Rockin K Ranch is a wonderful RV park with a cool remodeled 1940's farm house rental at the top of the hill. You may also board your horse in the Horse Motel (stall and turnout/extra fee). Please let us know if you want to rent a stall- we will get you set up. Next door is Tiny Town at GSD Ranch a fantastic experience renting a tiny home or cabin vacation rental. The farm house is available for short or mid-term rentals. Come visit or stay in the perfect spot in Hico (about 3 miles from downtown - a great place to shop and eat) and about 20 miles to Hamilton (more fun shops and eating & more!). It's a great way to have a quiet get-a-way. The farm house is off in a private area at the top of our hill. You will see our mini-donkeys, horses and cows wander by! The front room of the farm house has been separated from the main home and is an office for the owner of Rockin K and Tiny Town. Wifi is great! We have a Smart TV with 3 cool chairs for a sitting area at the back of the kitchen to enjoy a show! Laundry room has working washer and dryer- yes, they are old and a bit rusted from well water- but they work. Kitchen is large! Bedroom one is huge with 2 queen beds, walk in closet - lots of space and a cool old wood stove! (We don't recommend you use the stove- please ask first). Bedroom two is a bedroom with 1 queen bed and closet. Full bathroom with big mirror and vanity area! Have your friends and extended family join you- they can get an RV spot (bring their own RV) or a tiny home next door! Come enjoy a great little get a way.

When they were on the run...they may have hid in the loft lifting the attic stairs to escape the posse coming after them! We recommend you visit the fantastic Billy the Kid Museum in downtown Hico! Sleeping: Double loft with a queen on each side! Convertible futon (into a double bed on the fist floor) -Lovely kitchenette with Microwave and K cup coffee maker Cool breakfast table with stools. -Lovely shower in the bathroom. Until they found Billy retired in Hico, TX and they built this refuge to enjoy their long story tell nights around the community fire pit with ‘ol Billy the Kid! 1 - loft = double bed 1 - king bed bedroom downstairs (So comfortable!!) Lovely spacious kitchen and dining area ] SPA Shower- "rain shower" I love it! More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize (laundry) the beautiful space so you can escape the city and truly enjoy the fresh open air of the ranch! The big closet in the 2nd bedroom was originally a safe room, maybe where Billy hid in when the Feds got to close! 2 bedrooms 1st bedroom = queen 2nd = King and Twin Livingroom==. 2 twin trundle bed Amazing gallery kitchen and huge dining room sunroom! Family living room with playstation for a variety of DVDs - Movie Night!
