Cabin with a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, bathroom with shower, and a queen bed in the first-floor bedroom. The upstairs loft/kids’ play area has a twin and a double mattress on the floor. There’s a small TV room/sitting area, an outdoor deck with a small patio table, and a private yard area with a fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal grill (bring charcoal and starter). You can even set up a tent in the yard — best of both worlds! We sit on 3.5 acres with trails to explore. The property is fenced in, so you won’t accidentally wander off. When we moved here three years ago, the trails were very rough; we’ve been slowly improving them. They’re by no means spectacular, but they’re fun — especially for kids looking for rabbits, roadrunners, toads, deer, and who knows what else. There are no creeks, ponds, or other water features, just good old dirt!You are renting an entire cabin plus yard where you may set up a tent.
