Waterfront Lot 100 yards from clubhouse with pool, grill, washer & dryer, bathrooms, showers, boat ramp, and fishing pier. The dog park and playground are within walking distance. Property is gated. Best sunsets in North Texas on Texas's second largest reservoir. Kick back and relax at this oasis just one hour south of Dallas.Lot 51 is located less than 100 yards from the clubhouse and had direct lake access. You can see the swimming pool and be close enough to take easily advantage if the club house amenities. At the same time the site is far enough away to ensure you are not being disturbed by the other guests enjoying the pool and grilling facilities. The public pier for fishing and to launch a boat are right next to the clubhouse and the playground and dog park are just a short stroll away.
