Family Farms | Rustic SW Cabin 1

Cute rustic homey cabin. Relaxing area off the beaten path. Lots of animals, horses and donkeys in pasture very nearby. Turkeys, chickens, etc penned nearby. Ducks on a nice lake very close. Donkeys provide protection day and night. Only issue was hot water for shower was only good for one at a time then took a little wait to reheat. Pretty area.

Family Farms | Cabin 7 Lake View

The cabin was as advertised. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. We liked the privacy of the cabins location at the back of the property. However, there are cabins next to ours and there was no curtain on the window above the sink in the bedroom/kitchen area. The people outside at the next cabin were able to see I side our cabin. I suggest a curtain for the window. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Farms Cabin 6 | Lake View

Overall it was a great experience. It was weird to get to the location. Our friends were actually next door and they had no table on their patio. Also, the linen was provided but it would have been helpful to have the proper size laid out for assistance as we can in rather late. We were unaware there was a heater to utilize also.

Family Farms Cabin 5 | Lake View

We had a wonderful time at the Family Farm Cabin. This place is a hidden gem. My son loved picking berries and watching the horses and cows. The directions were very straightforward, and Sandra, our host, was fantastic—welcoming and excellent with communication. The amenities were super clean. We look forward to visiting again soon! The farm offered many activities, including delicious homemade popsicles.

My second time staying at this beautiful family farm we enjoyed staying at the cabin , kids playing outdoors and staying late night outside. Glad the cabin provided a grill & fire pit :)

Stayed here the weekend we went to the Renaissance Festival. Sandra was a great host and everything was as posted. Quiet and peaceful retreat. We were even able to check in early. :)
