Our group had a wonderful time camping at the White Rabbit Ranch Property. Jerry went out of her way to make sure we were all comfortable. The bed and breakfast itself is a luxuriously appointed new construction with large open indoor common spaces & covered decks. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, indoor bathroom with hot water & flush toilet. As tent campers we were allowed to use all of these amenities. This was above & beyond our expectations. It was more than just camping, more like "camping with benefits/amenities". Also included was morning tea/coffee, free snacks & towels for use at the pool house. There was also the option to pay for breakfast. There was an indoor "loft area" that was an additional space to relax/ play chess or other games. Also available for campers was an outdoor heated shower, flush toilet, porta potty & large sink to wash dishes etc.
The one item commonly found at campgrounds that was missing here was a picnic table. But Jerry was quick to provide us with a folding table that we were able to use to set up our camp stove and prepare a meal. And we enjoyed using the deck furniture to eat our meals.
Throughout our time there & even before our arrival, Jerry was communicative and provided us with all the information needed to enjoy our time. The most important factor was that both Jerry & Nathan were friendly, personable & we all felt safe and cared for. They truly provided an exceptional level of care & concern for our comfort there.

I loved camping on J's land! The customer service was truly top notch. There were other campers closer than I would usually like, but everyone was kind and the amenities simply can't be beat. My kiddos had a wonderful time, and I enjoyed ample relaxation. Any time anyone needed anything at all they were very quick to assist and find solutions. Truly, absolutely perfect getaway. We will be back!

Well worth the price! Already planning the next trip to White Rabbit Ranch! J and Marlboro Man were amazing hosts! Breakfast was provided each morning along with a great pool, flush toilet plus lots of water sources and an indoor bathroom they allowed access too when the winds were really blowing the outdoor shower curtains!
Can’t recommend enough, the WiFi was great and they allow access of communal home space for working or lounging. They made camping posh ✨
