Enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hill Country from our 18-acre park, nestled in a mountain valley conveniently located within 30 minutes of Fredericksburg, Llano, and Castell. Once completed, our property will boast walking and hiking trails, wildlife viewing opportunities, a serene pond, complete privacy, and numerous photo ops (natural at this point, more to come). Additionally, we provide full RV hookups (30-50 amp), convenient drive-thru gravel sites, and guests will soon have the option to rent our beautiful and custom-designed Winchester cabin. Surrounded by Prairie Mountain, Live Oak Mountain, and House Mountain, our growing site promises a unique and picturesque setting for your RV experience. Our Grand Opening is slated for late Fall 2025.

Site 3 - Mexican Hat
We welcomed by the owners with a nice gift basket for the Eclipse! The Ranch was very beautiful, with nice views. We felt safe on a gated Ranch. Lots of gorgeous wildflowers in April. There is a nice central area with a huge fire ring/ BBQ area. Plenty of open space and wild life. Very quite and dark sky's for star, gazing. Not far from Fredericksburg and Llano . Would stay again!
