Stars looked great, site was very peaceful. The only bad thing is being able to hear nearby cars on the highway but that’s not a problem regarding the land. Angela is very kind and a great explainer.

We had a lovely time staying in Angela’s land. The camping area was a good sized lot in the back with plenty of space to yourself. Angela gave clear instructions to get there and helped direct us to amenities.

Beautiful secluded camping sites, close to Fredericksburg. Angela was very kind and helpful. The only downside was that the porta potty was a pretty far walk from our tent site, not bad during the day but kind of a pain late at night. We enjoyed everything overall and would come back again!

Conveniently close to town, but far enough where you can have privacy and a good outdoorsy camping feel. Nice fire pit, lots of space.

Angela‘s land was great. I spent the weekend in Hill country and it was a nice place to set up car camping for the night. I found the spot where I could look out the back window of my car and see the sunrise in the morning.

Angela was extremely nice and helpful. She was accommodating to our needs. I put "maybe" as my recommendation because we ended up moving on, so I cant really rate the location. Some sites are under/in the trees and one is very private, even though you are in a neighborhood.

Did tent and car camping on Angela's land and appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. The stars were out and the sounds of nature surrounded us. There was some light animal activity, as there should be in mostly untouched land, so be sure to hang up your trash. Angela was so hospitable. So were the more long-term residents at the front of the camp. We felt like we were in our own little oasis at our site but where the shower and restroom was was always very welcoming.

Had an amazing stay! The host was very responsive and welcoming. The campsite was peaceful, private, and surrounded by tons of wildlife — exactly what I was hoping for. It’s just a short drive to both downtown Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock, but still feels completely secluded and quiet. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.

I recently stayed at Angela's land and had an amazing experience! The vibes were great, and the scenery was absolutely fantastic. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

This spot was fantastic! They helped us build a fire and helped us with directions. It was great to feel so safe and comfortable there. They had lots of animals, so make sure to bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall this is a great spot after spending an afternoon in Fredericksburg or at Enchanted Rock.

When booking, I explained that we were coming on a large cruiser type motorcycle. Before arriving, Angela sent a note that because of the rain, the road was too muddy. I am waiting to see if there is a chance for any type of refund.

Angela met me when I arrived. The wooded areas are very private and secluded. A great place to use as a base for Fredricksburg.

Angela was incredibly kind and this camp site has great proximity to Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg.
I have mixed feelings because there were dogs barking and roosters crowing the entire time we were there. I was hoping for something more serene and secluded.
Also, one neighbor walked through our camp site two times after dark which was unsettling.

Kids and I loved car (minivan) camping at Angela's land! It is tucked away at the end of a dirt road, but still just minutes from anything you want to do in Fredericksburg, LBJ State Park, or Enchanted Rock. Portapoty was clean and easy to access. There is wildlife like any campsite with bonus farm animals around and at the neighbors. It looks like Rv sites are readily available, with tent sites tucked into trees and bushes. Lots of stargazing still possible with minimal city lights.
If I could give extra points I would! The morning we left, our car wouldn't start. Angela was very responsive and quick to get someone over to jump the car. We are so grateful!!
Just a heads up, cell service was spotty at our camp site, but worked fine once on the road a few 100 yards away. We don't have a major provider, so maybe you'll have better luck.

Beautiful land and spacious primitive campsites within a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. We enjoyed our stay and would return! I'd recommend an SUV, truck, etc. with four-wheel drive for the road leading up to the property.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at Angela’s again. We stayed here for the first time last year and loved it then too. It’s convenient to get to Fredericksburg while still feeling tucked away from the crowds.

This was my girlfriend and I’s first hip camp experience. We loved camping on Angela’s land! The amenities were more than what was expected, and she went above and beyond! Angela is extremely kind and hospitable. Our space was respected, our questions were answered, and she even let us feed her horses. There are cats that roam the property that came to visit us. SO CUTE. We felt completely safe there. We arrived at night and were still able to find a site on the property. The campsites are about 15 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, which is super convenient. We will be back next time we visit that area!

It was a great spot for what we needed, only thing I would change is the flys were horrible and every morning around 6 am woke up to the roosters and then cutting down trees next to our lot .

This was a nice area to camp. Angela was very responsive the entire time we communicated with her via the app. Note, there are farm animals that can wake you up early (there was a cow that was separated from its herd and kept mooing early in the morning).
The camping areas were nice. If you want to say near the outhouse and sink, then you need to pick the closest one. The porta-potty was clean and there were light subside for at night which was super nice. The sink is one where you have to push down with your foot to use. It was also nice—no bugs inside it.
Overall a great stay for camping—-especially if you’re trying to go to The Enchanted Rock early in the morning (we had a 8:30am reservation) and it was only a 30 minute drive.
TAKE NOTE: Read Angela’s instructions of how to get to the camping spots since it’s a long bumpy road to get there. She does a good job of explaining how to. Take a screenshot in case you lose service while driving.
