This primitive campsite offers a peaceful place to unwind, explore, and reconnect with nature. 🌿 Site Features: Tent Site 1 sits in a quiet, tree-filled corner of the property—perfect for hammock lounging or a night under the stars. While there are no hookups, you're welcome to bring your own power bank or solar charger. A picnic table and shared BBQ area are available for your use, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals surrounded by the sounds of the wild. 🦌 Expect Visitors! You just might wake up to the calls of red cardinals or see deer and squirrels passing by your tent. The land is home to all sorts of Hill Country wildlife, making it a great spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Please Note: This is a primitive site: no electricity or water. Do not damage or alter the trees — they’re our most treasured part of the land. Hammocks are welcome and encouraged — the trees here are perfect for it! 🚲 Explore Freely When you stay with us, you're free to explore the entire property. Wow... just wow!! David is such an extraordinary host. We were tent camping at his camp grounds the weekend of 4th of July 2025, excited about kayaking the guadalupe the next day at the state park. But For many this weekend was filled with sadness and loss and my heart and prayers go out to the families who had to endure the wrath of the floods at the guadalupe. We were greeted with warmth and kindness from David as he was still on site. He insisted that we stay inside his airbnb home on the premises, away from the torrential rainfall. I am so grateful. Luckily his grounds are far enough from the river where we were safe, but mother nature would have still had her way with us if we would've camped in our tents. Thank you from the bottom of my heart David, for allowing us the privilege of staying inside where we were safe and sound! My family sure does appreciate you!

This was a lovely camp and very convenient on the weekend when the other camp grounds were full. It had a nice layout and made it easy to go back and forth to the river. The camp owners were very lovely as well. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
