The property is located on 15 rolling acres in Spring City, half way between Knoxville and Chattanooga, overlooking the beautiful Watts Bar lake in SoutheastTennessee. Only a short walk from the lake and within easy access of some of the best fishing, hunting, kayaking, boating and hiking in all of Southeast Tennessee! Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, watch deer grazing in the pastures and the occasional bald eagle soaring over head. This unique location offers only 4 RV sites In a spacious, country setting. Each site is equipped with 50, 30 and 20 amp outlets, septic and, water, a picnic table and laundry cabin for your convenience. *If using the laundry cabin, the code will be provided at check in.
