Great and easily accessible RV site with good uncluttered views. Alan’s substantial Buffalo (Bison) herd is able to be viewed close up and his available Buffalo steaks and sausages are quite tasty. The weather when we were there was damp and raining but we can only imagine how much better it would be in clear conditions.

This was in a beautiful field with a great view! Alan is an awesome host. For anyone concerned, the Buffalo are in a separate fenced off area. 🙂

We had a great time tent camping here! The site we were at had very soft soil so our stakes did not hold well, but as long as it is not a windy night there shouldn’t be any issues. He was very kind as well.

Buffalo are really neat to see up close! Pheasant and quail like birds and deer around, too! What a view! Buffalo meat, fire and quiet sleeping. Thank you Alan!

Alan is an excellent and generous host! His land is beautiful and he even gave me an up close and personal buffalo experience. Stock up on Buffalo meat while you’re at it. Highly recommend this location!!

Alan was a great host! We rolled in a bit later and he made sure we had a great spot so our kids could get out and explore a bit. There was a storm coming in and he said he’d keep an eye on it and if it got bad, he’d make sure we were okay. Such a great guy and I can’t wait to try the bison burgers we brought home!

We camped up on a hill with a great view to the east. Very quiet, and a good breeze to cool things down. We tent camped on a nicer level spot just inside a gate from the parking area. Alan was a good host, and can hook you up with some bison meat if you wish.

We loved tent camping on Alan’s property! It was easy to find, and he was easy to contact. It had rained earlier the day we got there and he made sure our camp site was on a hill, nice and dry (he even brought us dry wood for a fire). We tried some buffalo sticks and bought some fresh eggs, delicious! The views were amazing and Alan took us on a tour of the property where we got to see the buffalo up close. Overall an amazing experience!!

Alan was very communicative & responsive. We were traveling through late & he came out to meet us & brought us into his office to tell us about his Ranch & area. Guided us up to our site & made sure we were taken care of. What an experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and a Buffalo herd on our doorstep (behind a secure fence between us). We were able to purchase many delicious items like fresh farm eggs, Buffalo patties and pheasant meat sticks. Great experience. For $35 a night it was well worth it!!

Our host was available, friendly and accommodating. Waited for our late arrival, and escorted us to our site. Spent the night in beautiful, open ranch land. Easy directions from Google and Apple. Limited amenities, which was advertised and was fine by us. Our daughters loved waking up next to grazing bison.

We chose an awesome campsite that had a great view of the moon/sunrise and was located directly next to the Buffalo trail. The steinkes were very friendly and accommodating and we had a great time getting to know them a bit.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the ranch. Plenty of camp sites to choose from, including one site where the buffalo herd will walk right by your camper door (DO NOT GO OUTSIDE). Alan was an incredible host, giving us a personal tour of the property and it's history. Cooked up some buffalo steaks for dinner and looked out at the numerous stars at night! Highly recommend staying at the ranch!

Alan was a great host. An avid deer hunter (like me) We bought fresh eggs and ground bison from his farm. Hilltop campsight private and quiet
except for the grunts of bison.

Alan and Deane were amazing hosts. Camped right next to a trail that Bison passed by in the evening. So incredible. We bought some farm fresh eggs that my husband cooked in the morning. Highly recommend.
