This RV site is on our property where we first lived in a mobile home. We love camping and thought what a great place for a quite retreat. So we made the site into a full hook up RV camp site. Beautiful location with a view of Table Rock located in the Historic Oolenoy Valley. Our property is located in Northern Pickens Co. of South Carolina. Plenty of trails, boating, biking in the area or just sit under your awning and enjoy the wildlife. Important please read! There is not evening shade in July and August, However, there are shady spots very close to the camp site that you can enjoy. Where your camper sits the Sun goes down at the front of the camper. It is typically not an issue until mid-July and August. If you need additional details, please contact me. There are two homes near the camp site. The one behind the site is our home. Just me and my wife, currently no pets. The other home is a small white farmhouse that I currently rent to close friends. Chris and his wife and two well behaved kids. The kind of neighbors' people dream of! In five years of renting this site I have only had one couple that felt uncomfortable with the homes on our driveway. They chose not to stay, and I refunded them. It is very safe here and secluded from the main road. Look at all of the pictures to make sure this is the spot for you. Thanks Sincerely SteveGSingle 30/50 amp Full sewer hookup  RV site located in Northern Pickens County SC.  This site is on private property and is not a commercial RV Park.  One mile to Pumpkintown Gereral Store, 20 miles to Downtown Greenville SC, 15 Miles to Travelers Rest SC and about 5 miles to Table Rock State Park.  Site is 60' or longer with 40' level spot for your camper.  Bring your bikes.  There are two great bike trails the Doodle Trail and the Swamp Rabbit Trail about 15 minute away.  Lots of neat places to check out while you are here.  Some other favorite places to visit for some have been Brevard NC,  The Vinyard off of Hyw 11.

This is an incredible area. The property and site is well kept and has a gorgeous view of table rock! Quick access to table rock and other wonderful hikes and water holes. There is a local bridge with a road closure off the pumpkintown access. But there is still access in and out from dacusville hwy.

The description of the Hipcamp was very accurate. The site was level, hookups were perfect & the views of Table Rock Mountain exceeded our expectations. The location was within close proximity to hiking (Table Rock & Paris mountain) & biking ( loved Swamp Rabbit bike trail & Travelers Rest). The land offers peace & quiet while being surrounded by nature, with incredible wide open skies full of stars. Steven was an excellent host. We can’t wait to go back!

I loved camping on Stevens land. The views were spectacular and loved the open land so that our dogs could run free! This was my second time at his place and will definitely be camping there again. Steven is an amazing host!

Steven’s land is absolutely wonderful! One peaceful and quiet RV spot with full hookups all to yourself with amazing views! It was easy to maneuver our 35’ travel trailer into the level gravel spot, and there was plenty of space for our fur babies to run and play in a big open field. We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back again.

We spent a week and had a delightful time! The spot is perfect - full hook ups and easy access. The area is quiet and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and friendly. You are close to Table Rock and Caesers Head State parks for wonderful hiking. We would definitely return.

Our fifth time there! Love the setup, the view and, the host is wonderful! Very peaceful and the area is beautiful and we love the nearby community markets and attractions. Our bird dog loves being able to run and play!

Loved camping on Steve' s land. Was able to enjoy the great view and the breeze was very appreciated due to the 90 degree weather. Loved seeing the wildlife; deer and bear.

Phenomenal property with lots of space for our dogs to run loose within sight. Steve is super welcoming and responds quickly to questions. The houses were nearby but with the open land between we forgot they were even there!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Being able to sit by a campfire privately was very relaxing and the night sky had very little light pollution. We were lucky enough to see deer as well. The site was well kept and the fire pit was very generous in size. The proximity to Table Rock State Park and Sassafras mountain was a definite plus. We can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful large open area! Close to plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and lovely sunsets! If you attempt Table Rock, which can be seen from your site, be prepared as it is tough but incredible at the top!

What a great spot. The view of Table Rock was fantastic and the open scenery was fantastic. We were close to Traveler's Rest, Greenville, and everywhere we wanted to explore, but at night we could make a fire with no one else around. The site itself was great. Easy to get set up, well laid out, and totally flat. Would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!! While the site was exactly as advertised, there is no way to describe the view of Table Rock out the window every morning! Beautiful, quiet, wide open spot that is so convenient to Table Rock State Park, downtown Greenville, and Travelers Rest. Hosts were so kind and we can’t wait to book with them again in the fall!
