Lovely Stay!

The site was lovely and so clean. We were practically the only ones there (hello camping in South Carolina in mid July 🥵), so the kids had the run of the place, and they loved the freshly painted playground and super clean and WARM pool. I DID see laundry there around site 5, unsure of that is available to everyone but that was a feature that is unlisted in the description. The kids asked if we would be back, and if I was ever in the area again, I totally would. So many amenities we couldn’t even use because we weren’t there long enough.

Communication regarding access was not accurate. The Hipcamp provided directions said to NOT to use the private driveway however the entrance we were told to use was blocked off. We had to pull over on the side of the road until we were able to contact "Christina" by phone only to be told to go around again and make a hard right turn into the private driveway. We were assigned site #5, however it was occupied by the owners RV. We pulled into site #4. No one informed us that the site we were assigned was occupied. The pool was functional however was cloudy and dirty.

Oh what a beautiful place this was! Wonderful full hookup sites, an onsite pool, and loads of swings spots to enjoy the grounds. We had a super relaxing time and it was a great basecamp for Congaree NP as well.

Christina’s Paradise was so quiet and peaceful! We were there to go to Congaree National Park. It is very close to the park and the amenities were wonderful , even though it was too cold to really take advantage of them. I would love to visit the park again and will definitely stay with Christina again!

Christine and Stanley were very welcoming and friendly. Our spot was clean and large enough for our 35 ft fifth wheel. Convenient to Congaree National Park. Would use again if we return to the area. Thank you, Karern Tait

For just two nights this was a nice spot. Level site with full hookups. Good water pressure. Clean and close bathrooms. Picnic table and fire pit with free firewood. Easy to back into the site. And free washer and dryer for our use. Only downsides were road noise and a challenging driveway to get into - tight squeeze. Nice place to stay if you are passing through.

Campgrounds were small and personal but clean. Needing permission to use the pool confirms the campgrounds are on someone’s personal property. Owners are very friendly.

We arrived at the location, and I guess she doesn’t really assign spots so we picked a spot, and then we left and when we came back, our spot was gone and there were no more available spots, but she did try to accommodate us in another spot, but it belonged to someone else who was not there for the evening. I would say the biggest issue with this location is not having showers.. It is a good location other than that.

Overall average experience with the following caveats: - Loud road noise all night. We could leave our windows open to enjoy the cool evening because ilof the noise. - Reserved space not available. We booked site 5 because it didn't have anyone next to the door side of the camper. When we arrived, someone was in that space so we took a different space. Minor but less than preferred. - No road signage. There is no sign we could find that identified the entry or any other part of the property as "Christina's Paradise". We had someone meeting us for the evening and they missed the entrance twice before calling us to drop a map pin.. Otherwise, the grounds were very nice, pool seemed clean (we didn't go in due to our schedule). And there was enough room to maneuver our 22' travel trailer without feeling cramped.

Brand spanking new park

This RV park appears to be an add-on to a party venue. I think there are only six sites and it looks like it’s brand new less than a year old. There’s no signage on the road to tell you you have arrived at Christine’s Paradise. Also there’s no signage anywhere in the park to tell you that you’re in the right place. Apple Maps does not have a listing for Christina’s Paradise.
