We are a family campground with a focus on keeping things natural. Enjoy an afternoon with the farm animals, a stroll through the woods, star gazing at night and fellowship with friends. Our RV site has a level gravel pad with a private grassy area with a picnic table and fire pit. Each site includes full hook up with 30/50amp power, water and sewer. The back in sites back up the to woods while the pull thrus have more of the farm view. Each site is unique with the amount of trees and size. When booking please note the length of your RV and we will put you in the best available option. We are a small family campground on a farm and love sharing our animals and property with guests. We look forward to your stay!

Your Own Cozy Cabin on Wheels We took a vintage RV and turned it into the kind of place you'd actually want to stay—cute, cozy, and completely renovated with all the comforts of home. Perched with views of the farm, this camper is perfect for families or small groups looking to disconnect without sacrificing the convenience of a real kitchen and bathroom. Your Space Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen (yes, a real oven), a living and dining area with a Roku TV for those rainy afternoons, and sleeping for up to five. The main bedroom has a full-size bed with a comfy mattress, while the bunk room features triple stacked bunks—perfect for kids or adventurous adults who don't mind climbing. The full bathroom means no midnight walks to the bathhouse, and the tankless hot water heater means you won't run out mid-shower. Outside, your private fire pit and front deck offer front-row seats to farm life—watch the animals wander, sip your morning coffee, and settle in. What's Included Inside: Full kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all pots/pans and dishes. Living/dining area with Roku TV. Full bathroom with tankless hot water. Main bedroom with full-size bed. Bunk room with triple bunks. All linens and towels provided. Outside: Private fire pit, front deck with seating, farm views. You'll have access to daily farm events where you can pet and visit with our animals—Fred the Highland cow, Kyle the troublemaker, Beau the high-maintenance ram, and the whole crew. Escape to the Forest: Luxury Glamping Under the Stars Nestled in the woods at Outside Inn, our canvas wall tent offers the perfect balance—the disconnection of camping with the comfort of a real bed and modern conveniences. Designed for two people looking to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with nature (and each other). Your Space Step inside to find a cozy retreat with a full-size memory foam bed dressed in soft linens, a small kitchenette for morning coffee or late-night snacks, and a seating area where you can actually relax. The tent is equipped with a radiator and heated blankets for winter, plus portable AC and a dehumidifier for summer—but it's still a canvas tent, so temperatures inside will shift with the weather. Think cozy, not climate-controlled. If you want the adventure of tent camping with a real bed and a private hot tub waiting outside, you're in the right place. Your front porch welcomes you in, while the rear private patio deck overlooks the forest—perfect for morning coffee or watching the woods wake up. A lighted trail leads from your designated parking spot to the tent, giving you that hike-in camping feel without the hassle. What's Included Inside: Full-size bed with memory foam mattress, all linens and towels, kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig, water dispenser with hot water, dishes and portable sink, heating and cooling. Farm View Campsite
This was our third time staying at Outside Inn. We love this campground so much. We stay on our way to & from Florida every winter from Virginia. We stayed for Christmas this time. It’s one if not our favorite place to stay. It’s always so clean & quiet. Very peaceful & everyone is super nice, welcoming & helpful. The animals are the sweetest & it just has that warm, farm life vibe. We look forward to staying again next winter.

Lovely little campground with a nice walking trail, clean restrooms and laundry. We spent one day at Santee State Park and another at Congeree National Forest which were within 40 minutes. The animals are clean, well cared for and a delight to meet.

My favorite campground to date. They were super accommodating when I asked to check in early. The camper I stayed in was spot on with the holiday decor, cleanliness and layout. Being able to look out the windows or stand on the deck to say good morning to my favorite little friend, Batman, was phenomenal. I got to help Macy with some feeding and poop scooping! She was great at answering ALL my questions and telling me some of their farm history and stories in such a way that was natural, casual and especially fun. Impressive all around. The combination of an easy-going and inviting atmosphere with professional standards is perfection.

My kids loved the camper and the farm and had a great time. Fun board games available in the camper and there is a nice hiking trail we walked on during the day. My daughter loved to feed the animals and both kids enjoyed the playground. We made a campfire both nights we were there. Highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

I was the only one there camping in a tent. I felt very comfortable and safe and it was nice to have an outlet to charge my laptop. I had an amazing stay while I was there. The staff was so nice and helpful.. The farm was in beautiful condition. The animals looked happy and I loved waking up to the roosters Crow in the morning. The hiking trails were a pleasant surprise to have. They’re very well maintained. The bathroom was clean and very pretty. I got the bottle feed the baby goats in the morning and that was so much fun. They were so cute. There is a Dollar General right down the road if you need anything. I will be back I highly recommend..

The camper I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Clair gave fabulous instructions for everything I could possibly need to know. Then the good part….spending time around the animals, the stargazing, and the quiet (other than the expected moo, quack, baa or cockadoodledoo) were all wonderful!

What a cute place! Nestled in the quiet countryside, cute farm animals to pet, easy in and out pull through layout of the campground. Extra bonus of farm fresh eggs and Clair's baked goods! The bath house was amazingly clean and well appointed - just like a nice hotel bathroom!

Really well maintain camp area with the added bonus of the farm! The bath house was spotless. I booked the lamb cuddle and bottle feed time and it was the highlight of my week! Clair’s baked goods are really good too.

What a sweet place to visit! Already planning our next trip there. Lovely, family-friendly spot. Great trails to meander on their property. So fun to see the animals and experience farm life in a laid back, well-run campground. Your only regret will be having to leave.

Exceeded expectations! Really appreciated the super nice and clean bathrooms & showers, plus laundry room (which we didn’t use). The animals were all curious and friendly. Even tho all spots were full, it was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Outside Inn & already can’t wait to come stay again. We stayed on our way to & from Florida. The campground was very clean & quiet. We loved meeting all the animals - Fred the highland cow is our favorite! He’s awesome. The fresh eggs in the morning were delicious & just such a nice treat. Clair is a lovely host & made sure we had what we needed. The bathrooms & shower house was spotless. The directions to the campground are very clear. This is the kind of place you almost don’t want to tell anyone about because you want to keep for yourself. Wonderful place. Can’t wait to come back.

This was not my typical Hipcamp experience. It is a campground not a single rv spot. It seems the owners expanded into many sites. They are nice sites, good power, water and sewer. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely adventure at Outside Inn camp. The onsite trailer gave us all the comforts of a hotel, but with the outdoorsy adventure of a campground. The little camper had all of the basics and was enough to accommodate all 5 of us quite comfortably. The farm animals and fresh eggs were a treat and my elementary schooler couldn't get enough time outdoors!

Another great stay at this campground. Always friendly, always quiet. This latest experience was under duress as we evacuated back and forth from the hurricane weather in Florida and North Carolina. We came in exhausted and stressed. We were able to unwind in peace and walk our dogs along the trails. We are grateful to have a great mid way stopping point in this campground

Clair’s land is amazing! The sites had plenty of space and a spectacular view of her farm and farm animals. Clair was super kind and even took time to walk us around the farm and meet the animals. We’ll be back every time we’re heading north from Florida!

Clair was very communicative and kind. She could even be seen in the communal area just checking in on how visitors were doing. There was space to walk about during the quiet mornings, and we had little trouble cooking around the domicile. Our group had a great time!

Clair and Chris have created a truly unique gem of a campground. We stayed here on a recent trip to and from North Carolina. On our return trip we were lucky enough to spend some time chatting with them about their vision and their animals. Clair even gave us chicken and duck eggs. They have created many walking trails on the property and visiting the animals is the absolute highlight. We definitely recommend it should your travels send you in their direction. Lovely campground and truly special people.

Chris and Clair have created a lovely gem of a campground. We stopped overnight on our way from Florida to North Carolina. Clair texted me the campground map and directions to our site so there was no need to "check in" when we arrived. The campground is a lovely family campground, thoughtfully designed, far enough away yet close enough to town. The animals are an added bonus for the young as well as the young at heart. I highly recommend Outside Inn. We will definitely be back when our travels bring us this direction!

Very close to I95 so a great stopover night for us. Easy to set up and loved the oversize spaces. It felt like we had a little yard! The animals are so fun to see.
