The dedicated skoolie area, close to the street, is slightly busier but remains a haven of peace. The sounds of nature dominate, offering a perfect escape. A warm welcome for all: Your four-legged (or feathered!) companions are welcome. Reserved for dual-sport motorcycles and tent campers, this site hosts only two reservations at a time, ensuring total privacy along a peaceful river The car can't go down!!! Juste you. Even 4x4 pickup etc An inviting river: Perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding ,it easy to dock a small boat or launch directly from shore. Flowing alongside the property, it offers shade, serenity, and even access to the St. Lawrence fleuve for the more adventurous. A well-kept plateau: This maintained field, adorned with two majestic willows, features short, safe grass that’s ideal for tents and children. Pockets of wild vegetation help preserve the ecosystem, framed by the shade of mature trees. A nature immersion: Surrounded by vibrant wildlife—rabbits, birds, raccoons, foxes, frogs—and under a movie-worthy starry sky, Havre de la Rivière is an ode to tranquility. English: Hello, I have 3 parking spaces available for nomads and travelers passing through. I don’t have restrooms or amenities, but I offer a parking spot where no one will bother you or knock on your door. There’s the possibility of hooking up an electrical extension. Français: Bonjour, j’ai 3 places de stationnement disponibles pour les nomades et les personnes de passage. Je n’ai pas de toilettes ni de commodités, mais j’offre un stationnement où personne ne viendra vous déranger ou frapper à votre porte. Possibilité de brancher une rallonge électrique.

Had a great stay here! Stéphan is an awesome guy and was super attentive to our needs during our visit, lighting our way in with a lantern and supplying is with an extension cord and heater for chilly nights. Also his pig Marcell is super sweet and fun to meet:)

Great for a stop-over to sleep on my drive from Toronto to the Maritmes. Stephan was kind and welcoming. Location without address could be a bit confusing but the Google coordinates were exactly correct — just look for the bus camper parked in the drive.

Very peaceful and pretty place to camp for the night. Stephan is very helpful and kind, and a very generous host. His land/yard is beautiful, and was a wonderful place to wake up to. Happy to have found it :)

Perfect overnight stay

We just needed a place to stay the night on our road trip out east and this was perfect. We used the coordinates to find the place and it took us straight there, no issues locating it, even in the dark. Lots of space to exercise your dog if needed. Stephan was very responsive and helpful! Just sad we didn’t see the pig! We would stay again.

This was an excellent campsite for me though a little hard to find (needs to publish the street address). Stephan was an excellent host who came out to find me as I tried to locate his property. I could sometimes hear trains at night bit at least they did not sound their whistles.

Stéphan’s land was great! He was very welcoming even though we were quite late arriving. Our French is terrible, but we muddled through enough. This would be a good site for a camper too, we just slept in our car for a quick rest.
