This was a very cool rustic A-frame loft, on a cute farm populated with several dogs and even more pigs. We had a great time around the campfire. Groceries and some good diners are a short drive.

We loved our stay here. Great value, so comfy for the weekend, and perfectly secluded with a short walk to the main farm house. We had a light rain our last night there, and it was so relaxing because the tent is water tight! The hosts are very friendly and give very clear directions for getting around the farm. I can't recommend this rental enough!

We loved camping here! Went for an anniversary with my husband and dog and had the best trip ever. Very peaceful and quiet and absolutely beautiful as the sun sets, then the lightning bugs come out! It was so gorgeous and the host was perfect.

I've stayed here twice now. Jennifer has a private, quiet spot in the West Tent. Spots like this are perfect for me in that i carry a tent with me all the time but when driving a 2 day transit, it's nice to have one up already. I haven't used the East Tent but this faces west for the a ice sunset over the field.

The Wren's Nest - A-Frame Cabin
We stayed in the A-Frame for a late fall weekend getaway and it was great. The cozy A Frame was great to sit around the fire and unwind. It had the amenities we needed (hot plate / access to water and a shower / and super close to plenty of activities). Jennifer and her family were very responsive to any questions we had and even made available items from their farms Farm Stand. We are already planning on coming back again next year.

We had a great time! The cabin was adorable and just what we were looking for. Careful around some of the foliage, fair bit of poison ivy. Otherwise a great stay!

We loved spending time at the Wren's Nest! It was cozy and cute, and just what we expected from the listing. Communication from Jen was very clear. We enjoyed visiting the animals on her farm and the best part is that it is close to our house, making it an easy getaway from the city!

We stayed one night while driving past Pittsburgh and it was so lovely to wake up in a beautiful and private field (with a dog that greeted us good morning). The bed was comfortable and the tent was easy to find with instructions. It was only a short stop on our trip but we wished we could have spent more time there.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the farm, and this spot was private and peaceful and lovely. It was a very hot, sunny afternoon, so we were glad we brought our easy-up for shade. At night the fireflies were magical! The bed in the tent was quite comfortable. We will be coming back!

Overall, we had a great experience. The site was very nice along with the fire pit and seating areas. Due to the time of year and lack of shade, it was very hot during the day. A tree near the tent to provide some relief from the hot sun would be nice during the summer months. We would definitely consider coming back during a cooler month like spring or fall.

Canvas tent east
Our one night at the East Tent site was fantastic. It was so peaceful, secluded, and comfortable. Our host was so nice, and my son went on a tour of the property with their daughter. They came back with vegetables and flowers for us to keep! A truly wonderful property and we can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

This place is super cute! Jennifer and all her friendly pets gave me a warm welcome. Tent was clean and the queen bed was comfy! It was perfect for a quick sleep only 30 mins from downtown Pittsburgh :)

West Field Canvas Tent
We loved staying in the West facing canvas tent! The tent is clean and spacious with enough room to sit inside if you have some rain. If you expect a sunny, hot weekend perhaps bring an EZ up or a way to get out of the sun as the tree line doesn’t provide much day time shade. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer's beautiful property offered a secluded weekend getaway with beautiful views and abundant wildlife. Jennifer and her family were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay, and even gave us a wonderful tour of their farm property. This property is perfect for a weekend getaway and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Jennifer’s property is so peaceful. The canvas tent and campsite were spacious and well kept. A rainy day created no issues - a trip to Pittsburgh took ~30 mins. Jennifer was very accommodating and responsive. Absolutely perfect spot for a weekend getaway!!

This farm is such a gem! The tent is tucked away from everything, so you really have privacy and space, but you’re just a short walk / drive over to the main part of the farm if you need anything or want to explore. We loved brining our dog, chatting with Jennifer and cooking over the fire pit (there is an awesome grate that you can move to cook with). The tent itself was so clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy! We will definitely be back.

The West tent is perfect, with a view of the field and a great spot for sunset. This felt like ~glamping~. I only stayed for one night, so I can’t speak to what an extended stay is like, but it was perfect for a little getaway! The canvas tent is roomy and sits on a wooden platform, and the bed is very comfortable. The fire pit has a grate for cooking, two benches by the fire, and a picnic table.
The tent is not completely sealed (there are small openings in each corner near the floor, but I had no issues with bugs or critters during the night. You could bring something to block those corners off if you’d like.
I wish I could have stayed another night, and I would definitely stay again!
