Private site with easy access right off of Route 44. The property features two gravel parking pads at the end of a Y-shaped driveway and is back in or pull in only. Can accommodate RVs, vans and travel trailers. The site includes two sewer hookups, a water pump, and one 30-amp electrical plug-in. (No 50-amp) This site is completely self-serve. Upon booking, guests will receive a code for a lockbox containing keys to unlock the water spigot and power box in order to access the hookups. This riverside site is ideal for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, as well as for small groups traveling with two camper vans or RVs who want to stay together on the same property. Guests will enjoy access to nearly 2 acres of land along the scenic Allegheny River. The property is located on the outskirts of Coudersport, in a semi-urban area directly across the street from a trailer court. Despite its peaceful setting, the site is conveniently close to town amenities—within just a couple of miles, guests will find a grocery store, gas station, and other essentials. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the site's proximity to a variety of state parks and attractions, including Cherry Springs State Park, renowned for its stargazing, as well as several nearby hiking trails and natural areas. Please note: this is a self-contained, pack-in/pack-out site. There is a primitive fire pit a short distance from the parking site next to the river that guests are welcome to use, but no fire pit at the site. There are no bathrooms or showers available, and guests must take all trash and waste with them. No trash disposal is provided on site, and a strict Leave No Trace policy is in effect.This site is completely self-serve. Quiet end of street spot.

15 ft Class B

Very close to town. No shade to block your view of the night sky. It’s at the end of the street across from a trailer park. Neighbors waved to us as we pulled in. You will need to bring your own table and chair. There is a footbridge to the CARP (local park with playgrounds)

We had a great stay! Full hookups, dog friendly, and close to town. We fished the river and caught a few trout in the deeper holes, plus explored some great local parks. Would definitely stay again!

Deceiving listing

This site is not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. There was a lot of activity in the trailer park giving the site more of a busy campground feeling. It needed mowed. The pictures make this site look 10x better than what it actually is. We were very disappointed the second we pulled up. We were only there about 20 minutes and decided to leave

38 ft fifth wheel · With pets

We were really happy with this camp spot. It is very close to a trailer park and few houses but everyone kept to themselves and we felt comfortable to be there. We wanted a space that we could have to ourselves and our dogs had some space to move. We set our camper to face the woods line on the property. It felt very serene. There is a small creek near the property that we walked to. There isn’t a clear cut path within the property to get down to the water but we were able to make our way through the brush without much effort. Joshua was great to work with. He was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.
