Cranberry Run Campground is a small, family-owned campground in the Pocono Mountains, just outside East Stroudsburg, PA. We’ve kept the spirit of 1970s camping alive - simple, low-key, and laid-back. No corporate or chain-campground feel, just a relaxed, family-run place to camp in the woods. We offer tent sites, RV hookups, and primitive cabins, with access to hot showers and flush toilets. You can cool off in our swimming pool, fish in our pond, or unwind in our game room, stocked with board games, pool tables, air hockey, pinball, and other arcade-style games. Cranberry Run is a place to unplug, slow down, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the woods. There’s plenty of space for privacy, and you’ll find lots to do — hiking, fishing, and exploring nearby swimming holes. We’re also just minutes from local restaurants and shops, so you can enjoy both the adventure of the outdoors and the convenience of town. We host live music and other unique events throughout the season. And as a small, family-run place, we’re always happy to answer questions ahead of your visit. Whether you're looking to reconnect with family, friends, or yourself, we look forward to welcoming you to Cranberry Run Campground.

Cranberry Run Campground offers a range of primitive tent sites in the Pocono Mountains, near East Stroudsburg, PA. All sites have access to potable water, the game room (open all night with electric outlets), and bathrooms and hot showers. We offer several types of tent sites: convenient sites that are close to bathrooms, showers, the pool, and the game room; more private, heavily wooded sites that are still accessible by car and about five minutes from running water and bathrooms; and hike-in sites for maximum privacy and quiet camping, with hike distances ranging from three to ten minutes. Sites vary from wooded to more open and grassy. All sites can be reached by car except for the hike-in sites. Campfires are allowed. Pets are welcome. Whether you're looking for a quiet wooded tent site or a secluded hike-in spot, we have a site to fit your style of camping in the Poconos.

Our Water & Electric tent sites at Cranberry Run Campground offer a convenient camping experience in the Pocono Mountains, near East Stroudsburg, PA. All sites include an electric hookup, running water at the site, access to bathrooms and hot showers (nearby), access to the swimming pool, and access to the game room (open all night with electric outlets). Sites range from more private wooded spots to centrally located sites close to campground amenities. All are easy to access by car and a short walk to bathrooms, showers, swimming pool, and the game room. Campfires are allowed. Pets are welcome. Our 30 amp Full Hookup RV sites at Cranberry Run Campground are wooded or partially wooded, providing a shady, comfortable spot for your RV camping in the Pocono Mountains, near East Stroudsburg, PA. Each site includes: 30 amp electric hookup, water hookup, sewer hookup, access to nearby bathrooms and hot showers, and access to the swimming pool and game room (open all night with electric outlets and WiFi). Pull-through sites are also available for easier parking and access for any towed vehicles. If you’re a novice and need help backing into your site, let us know when you reserve. Unique campground with kind host. Neighboring sites were quite loud with 11pm quiet time. Bathhouses could be updated to meet expectations associated with fee amount.

We had such a wonderful stay at Cranberry Run Campground! The campground is peaceful, clean, and well maintained. They had a really cool game room. The staff and other campers were friendly and helpful. We loved how close it is to the Sherman Theater. Cranberry Run was a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy autumn in the Poconos. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay at Cranberry Run for the weekend. The hosts, Ellen, Mike, and Charlie, were so kind and inviting. The land is beautiful, and our hike-in was nicely tucked away along a trail. It was a tad challenging getting our gear up to our car from the hike in (full disclosure, we had a ton of camping gear, everything you could imagine; not recommended for this more private hike in). There's a real sense of community up there, and the people we came across were refreshingly friendly. The night sky and stars were magical. WE highly recommend this campground. Thank you, Ellen, you're awesome.

When we arrived for Labor Day weekend we weren’t sure what to expect, but the stay ended up being perfect. Great privacy and get to enjoy the beautiful scene of nature while also having convenience like bathrooms and also a super Walmart close by with a ton of camping and outdoor gear. They also have firewood on site for sale and other necessities. Highly recommend this campground.

What a lovely campground! We had a very large campsite that was away from most. It was my mom’s first time camping ever and she had a lovely experience! The office was well supplied and the staff were wonderful. Thank you!

Cranberry Run's tent sites are clean and easy to access. For a relatively busy weekend, it wasn't very noisy and quiet hours were observed by the sites near us. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would camp here again!

Water/Electric Campsite
On our way through, we stopped at C.R. for one weeknight, on our way through. Check-in was easy and the host recommended tent sites for proximity to the bathhouse, which was really helpful. We were the only non-seasonal campers that night and even though it was the week leading up to the fourth of July, it was completely quiet and peaceful. The bathhouse was clean, and in very good shape for its age. The grounds were equally well kept. The water valves were spring-loaded so that they shut off once you release them (not a timed close but immediately returns to "off" position). This probably saves a lot of wasted water but does take a bit to get used to and does require you to shower with one hand. There were also amenities such as the camp store, a playground, and game room which we didn't get to use but looked nice. We will definitely keep C.R. in mind should we come through this way again. P.S. very thick deer population so use care when arriving at dusk.

We loved camping at Cranberry Run. This was our first time camping with our 3 year old and it was perfect. Our campsite was nice and secluded. The host were great and helped us with anything we needed. I would recomend this spot to anyone and we will definitely be back soon.

Full Hookup Sites - Poconos
We loved our weekend at Cranberry Run Campground! Very low key all around. The RV sites were easy to access and pretty spacious. The whole campground was nicely spread out and we enjoyed walking around. Everyone we encountered was nice. Very family and dog friendly. My kids loved the arcade (and the assortment of bikes/scooters and board games) and despite being a little chilly we enjoyed the pool! They offer events (paint and sip, live music, pig roast, etc) most weekends and the seasonal campers we talked to raved about all that’s offered. Defineitly feels like a old school family run campground full of good vibes. We will defineitly return! Thanks for a memorable weekend.
