The site is set on a 168-acre historic farm nestled in the rolling hills right outside of Gettysburg in Pennsylvania. For the History enthusiast, Big Mount Glamping is a short distance to Gettysburg National Military Park Museum, Gettysburg Cyclorama, and Battlefield Military Museum. For the nature lover, The 3,500-acre Codorus State Park is only 20 minutes away. While visiting the park, you will love the beauty of the rolling hills of southern York County, and the 26 miles of shoreline at Lake Marburg. After a long day, relax at one of the local wineries or breweries located only minutes from your glampsite!

    Safari Style Luxury Tents
    We had an amazing weekend staying at the safari style luxury tents at Big Mount Lodge. Secluded and quiet but less than 20min to Breweries and restaurants in Dover or York. The area is 170 acres of trail's and tuck away on one of the trails is a well kept barn with games. The campsite is tucked in a bit of a gully and protects you from the wind. Is you stay when it's cold (dropped to the 30's while we were there) the tent stove was enough to keep the tent warm!
