Historic Osage County, tall grass prairie with old growth prairie forest laced with trails and camping spots with fire rings. One 30amp RV hook up with water and sewer is available for tear drop or camper vans sandwiched between the 500 square foot tiny house on Airbnb and the 1200 square foot event center and market also on Airbnb. A small homestead with a 7200 square foot permaculture garden and a food forest including a picnic area and beautiful grounds. Wildlife abounds as we are a wild life corridor to Lake Keystone on the Arkansas River just 1/4 mile from the property. We teach Homestead classes as well as host small weddings, all kinds of retreats, birthday parties, family reunions and music festivals. We also offer the use of a day pass to the New Prue park and boat landing on Lakeview Road, 3 miles from the property.

Alien Landing

Alien Landing is a somewhat flat, round area with campfire in the most Northwest corner of the property where strange sound and sights often happen. ; ) To make your way there follow the drive to the curve in the road and continue west into the trailhead across the prairie. Pass two trails entering Sunset Hill and take the trail right to Alien Landing. There is only room for one or two vehicles. A trail extends east all the way back to the pond with a detour or two if you wish. Guest will have access to the Communal event center with toilet, commercial kitchen, market, library, social space and communal fire pit and picnic area.

Live Oak

Live Oak Campsite is the most remote rough campsite in the fairy forest under the only Live Oak on the property. There is a fire ring but it is tucked in the trees. Guest will go through Sunset Hill to arrive and will be within 1 acre of that site. Guest will have access to the Communal Event Center and Market with a toilet, library, social space, fire pit with straw bale seating and picnic area.

Canebrake

Canebrake is a flat grassy space shielded by natural cane. Please note other guests may be in guest house within 300 feet. Guest will have access to communal event center and toilet. 40 acres of trails, tall grass prairie and dry creeks are available for exploring. Keep in mind there may be other campers on property. We offer homestead classes. If a class is in session you are welcome to join.

Sunset Hill

Sunset Hill is a flat grassy space in the tall grass prairie with the most spectacular sunset view on the property. It is a large space with trails extending to Live Oak campsite and Alien Landing campsite. It is a large space with a fire pit and parking. Guest will have access to the communal event center with a toilet, commercial kitchen, library, board game and social space. The event center also houses the market of goods produced on the farm and a communal fire pit and picnic area. Host lives next to event center.

500 square foot studio with full kitchen and full bath. Queen bed, converting couch with chaise, double blow up bed on frame and single roll away bed with linen and pillows. Dishes, utensils and wine glasses for 6. TV and Wifi. Fenced yard with porch. Side yard with glider and fire pit. The Event Center is communal with a library, games and market selling yummy jams, jellies, butters and other items from the farm. If a class is in session you are welcome to join. 40 acres of trails

Loved this site! We got in late, and Tchinina was quick and responsive for our last minute booking. She's made something really special with the place. We appreciated the ease of finding the site and the proximity to a clean bathroom.

Our host, Tchinina, was very welcoming and we had a nice chat about her business. Can't wait to try the blueberry spiced jam. Getting to her place is a little bumpy but take your time and it'll be worth it. Probably wouldn't recommend a really big rig though.

Beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The trails were very inviting to my kids and everything was thought of for us ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great spot to take the family. Plenty of room to roam and explore. The peach salsa she makes there was amazing. Definitely recommend a visit.

This place was great! Highly recommend. The host is very nice and accommodating. They sell fresh eggs and you can even see the chickens that laid them for you. There's some ducks too but I think I got just chicken eggs. I will definitely stay here again

Sweet spot in the prairie land! The host could not have been more generous and helpful. Having access to the event space, with a commercial kitchen, was great. You'll need to do some leveling of your vehicle.
