We have 15 beautiful acres of different terrain, with tree line surrounding the property; the forest area is great for our tent campers with multiple areas of seclusion and great stargazing. Great area to walk around and explore the wildlife or the guinea hen and turtles we have on the property. For our self-contained RVers we have various areas to utilize the grass but yet still close to shade, some with picnic tables, fire pits and some without but we are growing into those features for all sites. These areas also have great star gazing and pretty secluded. Self-contained RV sites can fit up to 45' RV, we ask that if you are towing you remove your vehicle prior to going into the site areas. We also have areas with concrete if you prefer to stay there also suitable for over 45'. Regardless of the site we have some communal fire pits to use and wood for a small fee. We have a porta potty in a privacy tent for those tent campers and can be moved closer to sites if needed. We added 2 electric spots 50/30 amp hookups both are full sun great star gazing at night. Neither area has table or firepit as of yet. Animals are welcome but we ask they stay on a leash. We have spotted several turtles on the property, and we have free roaming guinea fowl to help keep down on the pesky bugs. We do have mosquitos, tics etc. on the property so please come prepared. We have a 13,000 sq ft building with Military Surplus, flags, FREE morning coffee and a small vending machine with drinks, snacks and ice cream in freezer 7 days a week 9am to 5pm. We do have locked gates after hours, so please let us know if you need a gate code. We make it easy to get in and out of the property with three entrances/exits and large enough for big rigs to pull in. We are on US HWY 60, aprox. 1.5 miles West of Indigo Sky Casino and a short 3 miles from River Bend Casino and Twin Bridges State Park. We are close to Grand Lake which is a premier fishing location and host top professional fishing tournaments here. Grand Lake is great for Large Mouth Bass, bluegill, smallmouth bass, white crappie and channel catfish. If you're looking for something different, they are known for having spoonbill as well. For the kids there is a Safari Park not too far from us with lots of animals to checkout.

Camping/Tent Dispersed Sites # 1 through #10 is in the forest area around trees, slight vegetation, and you can choose which spot works best for you. We do have one porta potty inside a tent for privacy. We do have water access on the property spigot and hose but a little walk from sites. We have hand wash station available and easy access to sites. Lots of beautiful areas with grass, light vegetation, and lots of trees for privacy. We are mapping out more site now. One area has a firepit the rest do not at this time. Please be prepared for mosquitos, tics bugs etc.

Edge of Forest Site #8 can be used for RV/Tent Camping. The site is beautifully situated next to trees, near a large grassy field on the property. Secluded site and great for star gazing. There is plenty of room for slide outs, awnings. The site offers shade, has a fire pit, is close to walking trails, and has a large picnic table and lantern hanger. This site is self-contained for RVers and does not have any hookup access. Tent campers we do have a portable toilet/tent for privacy. We also added some solar accent lighting to the site. The site is approx. 500 sq ft of space. The grass area has room for playing fetch or stretch your legs. Feel free to walk the tree lined property and locate the guinea fowl, or the many turtles on the property. If you're an early riser, maybe see the dear that make their rounds. We do have mosquitos, bug and tics please come prepared.

Site #RV9- RV/Camping/Tent is next to a small vegetation hill on a grassy slope. The site is near lots of grass to roam and enjoy the sights and enjoy the view of the trees nearby. This site is great for star gazing. There is plenty of space of at least 500 feet for slide outs chairs and elbow room from other campers. This site does not have picnic table or fire pit but does have communal pit nearby. This is self-contained site for RVers, Tent campers we can provide portable toilet/tent for privacy and short walk for water jug refill if needed. Trash and recycle bins are close to main building which is a short walk from site, visible and easily accessible.

#24 RV/Tent Camping 50/30amp Site

#24 RV/Tent Camping site is on a flat grass area near larger grass area for pet play and near small stream when weather permits. This site can be used for RV or tent camping and has 50/30amp hookup and can convert to 30-amp with adapter. We can provide adaptor for additional fee which will be returned when adapter is returned. Site also has 120V 20amp for plug. There is plenty of room at 500 feet of space or more for slide outs, chairs etc. We will soon add firepit and picnic table. This site is self-contained; you must have your own bathroom and does not currently have water access or dump at the site. You can access water for jugs nearby through spigot. We do have trash and recycle bins within walking distance; they are close to store and visible for you to access. The property has 15 acres to walk around and is completely fenced, easy to see property lines.

This site can be RV or Tent camping and has 50-amp hookup and can convert to 30-amp with adapter. We can provide adaptor for additional fee which will be returned when adapter is returned. Site also has 120V 20amp for plug. When booking the site, the fee is for use of the electric regardless of use or not. There is plenty of room at 500 feet of space or more for slide outs, chairs etc. This site is in full sun, no shade, but great for star gazing at night. We will soon add firepit and picnic table. This site is self-contained; you must have your own bathroom and does not currently have water access or dump at the site. You can access water for jugs nearby through spigot, please ask before use. We do have trash and recycle bins close to store for you to access. The property has 15 acres to walk around and is completely fenced, easy to see property lines. Please be aware we have mosquitos, bugs, tics on the property and come prepared.

Amazing last minute spot!

Me and my partner were looking for a last minute spot to camp and this spot right on the edge of Oklahoma was exactly what we were looking for. Very private and yet accessable. Offered us burning materials to have a fire. Great spot to set up hammocks. In the morning we were offered coffee and got a look around the military surplus shop they have. Very gracious hosts to let us show up late as well. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever traveling through Oklahoma.

Hope’s place is very comfortable! Easy to find and lots of space, well-secluded but close to the road for road trippers. Most of all, the hosts were super attentive, making sure I got in okay and had everything I need. Thank you Hope!

The site was scenic and private. The hosts provided a toilet which was nice. The hosts were pleasant and welcoming. The site was close by to 2 casinos with restaurants.

Very accommodating and nice people. I felt safe and left alone which I appreciate because I can be very anxious when taking trips by myself. Hope to see how they develop in the future
