The owner of Tiny Homes at Jonathan Creek (THJC), LLC has spent over 30 years camping and RVing across America. While enjoying the sunny weather, sandy beaches of the coasts and beautiful forest areas to get some peace and quiet, most RV parks have relatively small camping spaces where you are packed right next to your neighbors and can be quite noisy between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Although the owner enjoyed interacting with other campers, the proximity of the neighbors made it difficult to enjoy any privacy and peacefulness of the outdoors. As such, THJC created and provides 3 private and spacious RV rental site options, RV unit rentals, and Tiny Home homeownership for individuals who wants more privacy and wants to “Beat the Heat” and humidity of SE USA and become a "sunbird" to enjoy the natural beauty, great outdoor recreational and leisure activities in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. All sites come equipped with 50 amp service, 400 mbps wi-fi, picnic table, seating area with 4 chairs, 2 end tables and firepit, and gas grill.Site 3 is situated next to Nelson Branch with the private patio next to the branch. 2023 Weekly rate is $350 and Monthly rate $999 plus booking charge. Enjoy the natural beauty, great outdoor recreational and leisure activities of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. All 3 rental sites are approximately: 30 minutes west of Asheville, NC and Biltmore Estate. 30 minutes to many of the National Parks, waterfalls, over 200 hiking trails and the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1.5 hours from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Sevierville and Knoxville. Many breweries and distilleries within 15 mins to 1.5 hrs.
