We really enjoyed our stay! The directions provided were clear and easy to follow, leading us straight to the property without any issues. The host was very friendly, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. We had a minor issue with the firewood, but it was promptly resolved, which we greatly appreciated.
The property offers absolutely beautiful views, and one of our favorite features was how dark and peaceful it became at night. With very little light pollution, the stargazing was incredible!
The camping area was primarily dirt, with some grassy areas that were a little overgrown, but there was still plenty of space to find a suitable spot for our tent. We also had a few visits from a friendly-looking dog who kept his distance and seemed content to observe us from the tree line. During our stay, someone passed through on a 4x4, possibly heading out for hunting or other outdoor activities.
There was some machinery or outdoor work audible in the surrounding area, beginning around 7 AM and continuing intermittently throughout the day. It wasn’t quite as quiet during the daytime as we had anticipated, but the beautiful surroundings and peaceful evenings were definitely worth it.
Overall, this is a beautiful location with wonderful views and an amazing night sky. The host was attentive and accommodating, and we appreciated the opportunity to enjoy such a scenic setting. I would recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys camping, nature, and especially stargazing.

This is our 2nd time staying on this beautiful land. The view is amazing. It's remote, peaceful, and the perfect place to get away for a few days. The host is so nice and very responsive. We are already looking at dates in the spring when we can return!!

Awesome remote camping spot with a great view! Tent camped with my dogs and had a great time. Lots of great hiking nearby too!
The driveway up is a bit steep, but I did it in an AWD SUV no problem (in dry conditions).

We had a wonderful time van camping at Rachel’s place. She was very attentive and responsive. Her directions were very clear bc our GPS stop working. If you buy firewood - it’ll be in the box not too far from camp just walk down the pathway. The drive up to the view was a journey in itself- which we enjoyed. For a moment - we felt like we’re off roading (2WD van :) but we made it up there. The view was breathtaking well worth the journey up. If you have ATV they have good trails there. I believe is a little extra but worth it. Wish we brought ours. Overall, we definitely recommend and glad we captured some memories here. 💜

We loved staying here it isolated which is what we loved. The ride up definitely needs to be a truck or something with a little clearance. We took our tiny box camper and made it with no issues. We loved it would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to unplug.

Rachel's land was easy to reach based off of the directions she provided. There was a beautiful meadow near the campsite, and the views were gorgeous. Because of the elevation, weather can be extreme and change rapidly, so unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a severe storm.

Beautiful view and location! You have the whole place to yourself so there is lots of privacy. It did rain most of the time we were there so the ground got pretty wet and turned into a type of red mud that soiled many of our belongings and clothes so just be careful if it rains for you 😌 This was one of our more “roughing it” camping trip but still had a great time!

Amazing campsite! The road in felt like an adventure (in a good way) and was easy to navigate. Would recommend a higher clearance car/suv, our Rav 4 and Forester were both able to make it easily.

Amazing views, amazing property, super quiet and private. Gravel road to the site is rough but doable. Firewood for sale on site. Great for campers wants their dog off leash or with a larger group. Could probably have fit 4-5 tents close to the fire pit area if needed. Only wish there was a compost toilet on site.

We had a really nice time at this campground. Definitely understand the requirement for a truck or SUV to get up the road to it - we had no issue, but could see how someone may. The view was great, plenty of wood, and it was private and very quiet. We would absolutely book here again and would recommend it to others. 5 stars!

The site couldn’t have been more perfect. 10/10 view and tons of private trails. We camped with our dog and he had the best time exploring the land. Rachel was a fantastic host as well and responded quickly to messages. We can’t wait to come back!

Great space and super secluded. Absolute amazing views of surrounding mountains and stone mountain state park. The property is very large and provides great opportunity to just walk on the trails and explore. All around 10/10 campsite.

We had a great time on this beautiful mountain property. It was private and peaceful with amazing views. The road up was an adventure but we made it with our 4Runner pulling a vintage camper (low riding). The camper rear bumper and jacket and scraped a few times but nothing bad. Our dogs loved running around off leash and the covered firewood for sale was great for when it rained! We would totally come back again and recommend this site!
