We fell in love with the mountains years ago after visiting in the fall. The land was all one parcel, nestled on/in small wooded mountains, feed by natural spring water for all water. Located in the historic cowee area north of Franklin, quit beautiful views surrounding us. Initially helped my brother purchase land and remodel existing home and cabin while we built log home few miles away. Life goes on, he bought and developed beautiful piece of property and homes just minutes away and we bought his mountain. Family is most important to us. Love, lots of hard work, passion, and blessings from Grandmommie, sisters, brothers, children, grandchildren, , dogs lost and alone came to us and all our own beloved pets, friends new and lifelong, our employees, ALL ; were a part of making our little piece of mountain heaven come to life. It's in the air.
