This is our story , well I have this land its 6.43 acres . This is how it all started there was a hippie fest going on in town and it was posted on social media . Someone posted they were looking for a place to camp but they didnt have camping at the fairgrounds where the event was . So I messaged this person and said I have a big yard maybe they could camp here but I have no facilities water toilet etc. We spoke and the gentleman said he would like to do that him and his group . I have never done anything like this  they paid me to stay ,but before I knew it I had 32 people coming here 2 pop up campers a 30 ft pull behind and 12 tents WOW . So of course I had to get the porta toilet thats how it ended up down there . The weather was threatening us so some people cancelled but in all we ended up with 16 people here it was a fun time for all . Thats when I decided to join hipcamp now we are on our hipcamp journey . My fiance Henry built a shelter and  a rain barrel water isnt drinkable , as time goes on we will be cleaning out more of the land for more camp sites . Hope y'all come visit . UPDATES !!! We have added Glamping to the site a 30 ft 2021 Coleman Camper , This will be a separate listing  but its here !!!This is our story , well I have this land its 6.43 acres . Where Glamping meets the Crashpad
Not far from town, and not far from the lake and water features, along with the transportation museum. Grounds are covered with humorous features to discover yourself. Hopefully the host will continue to build upon them. The star of the property though is the chickens and access to fresh eggs. The host will gladly show you them.

This site was right off the highway and the setup was pretty nice with a shelter, picnic table, fire pit, etc. I ended up having some really hot weather, but Judi went above & beyond and found a fan for me to use for the night so I could sleep well.

Hip Crashpad 1620 Tent Site # 2
Easy Access to Town, Lots of Space
Judi is such an accommodating host and the work she is doing out at her place is really a testimony to how committed she is to making a nice place for people to camp. The sites are a little less formally separated but plenty of space between to get privacy. Some of the trails to the campsites are still pretty new so they haven't had a chance to gather pine straw so when it rained, it did get a bit muddy. The site has extremely easy access from the interstate but you can hear the 85 traffic. We expected this and did not have any problems with that! The ease of access to town was worth that tradeoff. The shared firepit area was really nice, we didn't use it much since we have so much of our own gear but I could see this area being a game changer for people who may be packing light or even still building up on some of their gear.

The host is delightful and communication was great. Provided helpful info about the area and even checked to make sure we weathered a little storm ok.
