A lovely spot tucked back in the woods, with great hosts. We ended up coming back for a second night! Will will definitely be returning in the future.

Firefly Ridge campground
This place is so beautiful and peaceful, and the owners are wonderful and generous. I couldn’t be happier to have found this gem of a place.

We had a very nice stay. Lois and Jack were hospitable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The campsite was clean. The site was about 25 minutes to downtown Asheville.

Excellent hosts. Beautiful site. Brought water out to us on arrival (so nice), firewood on site, convenient with a nice remoteness. Always good to meet good people around the (spacious) communal fire pit.

This place is perfect! Only 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lois and her husband are very friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a cooler of water, and their bathroom for campers has a separate entrance so that it's private. Very clean as well!! We will definitely be back!

Lois was very accommodating for our late arrival. They offered us multiple locations to park and camp and even offered to let us stay in their Airbnb (since it was raining).
We didn't get to see their scenic campsite views because of where we parked, but we plan on coming back!

Firefly Ridge campground
This campsite was lovely! Lois and Jack were friendly and hospitable hosts. The site was large and had picnic tables and a big communal fire pit. Good spacing between sites for privacy. Access to the bathroom is easy and convenient. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville. The property is gorgeous with lots of wildlife. We would stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay here! I ended up with a much later start than I anticipated, and ended up booking a room to stay in in their house to avoid waking up other neighbors setting up camp late at night. They were wonderfully accommodating, and their home and surrounding property are beautiful. My black lab Kaki was able to come along with me and she loved being able to explore and smell all the fun smells. The shower they offer for campers and guests is gorgeous. Their location is peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place more highly. Looking forward to returning next time I return to the area!

Beautiful property. Very hospitable and gracious hosts. Great glamping spot. Clean shower and bathroom available. Gorgeous views on the well manicured hiking trails. Ten out of ten!

Lois and Jack were very friendly and accommodating. The site is located about 20 min from all of the popular breweries in Asheville. The bathroom is clean and you can take a shower for a few bucks. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Firefly Ridge. Our campsite was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We left a day early due to weather and Lois immediately checked in to see that everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this spot to other campers.

Firefly Ridge campground
Super sweet hosts, very understanding when I was running late. Site felt private and safe. I would return and suggest the place to friends. :)

Such a great location, 20 minutes from the River Arts District, a beautiful drive along the French Broad River. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. Great fire pit and the camping area is private in a wooded area, near enough to the house to walk to the restroom.

Firefly Ridge campground
This is campground was perfect. It was tucked away in the woods enough to not feel like it was backyard camping, but close enough to the house to use the bathroom and have access to running water. Lois was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. There are also several trails/walking paths around the property that lead down to the river.
