Look into it before, but good
The area is beautiful and the site is nice, but there are a few caveats.
The trail to get to the camp site is not the easiest. There are some steep parts, loose rocks, tree roots, a small bridge and it can get muddy.
The neighborhood dogs do roam into your campsite and beg for food. They are friendly but can get annoying.
The host recommends you arrive while there is still daylight. I would highly recommend following that as we arrived after sundown but before the check-in time ended and there was nobody to check in with.
The description for crossing the creek was not on the site description but is in the messages and on the overall location description.
The residential neighbors are close to the group site, and were using flashlights and moving vehicles late into the night.
I would recommend this camp if you're healthy, packing light, and a dog person. Otherwise, you may need to check the description more thoroughly to make sure this is what you're looking for.
They also make you sign a waiver and pay a membership ($1 per day/per person) which is in the description but no details are given until you are arriving at the site.
