Prior to arrival, the campsite hosts were responsive, warm, and accommodating. The campsite was well kept, peaceful, and the amenities were beyond what was expected. I have already made plans to visit again in the near future!

Camping in a Butterfly Garden

What an absolutely darling little campground. The grounds are beautiful, the sites are spacious and so neat.Bathroom is super clean. The flowers around the property attract some wonderful birds and the biggest butterflies I've seen in a long time. Right from booking, Mike had everything clearly laid out as to how to get there, closest store etc. and communicated with us through the trip as a storm rolled in. All in all a fantastic experience and I cannot wait to get back to this little utopia. Thank you for sharing the peaceful space

Hummingbirds, butterflies, birds galore. Had an impressive solar and water collection system. We had the place to ourselves. All comforts needed electric, water, sewer, wifi, fire wood, bathroom and outside shower. Little trails to explore. Not far from DG, gas and Fayetteville, NC. Go to Cape Fear Botanical Garden, fabulous nature and fauna. Expect humidity it's a bear. Thanks Michael, lovely 😍.

We loved our one night stay. Micheal was a very responsive, helpful and friendly host. It rained so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the surroundings but would definitely stay again when in the area again. The care for the grounds is evident in the detail of plants and landscaping. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at the campground. It was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. My full hook-up site had everything I needed, and the Wifi wasa excellent, making it easy to stay connected. Michael was incredibly friendly and accommodating. he took the time to help me get my large RV into site, which made my arrival easy and stress-free. His customer service really stood out.

Just absolutely beautiful! Peaceful. Hummingbirds and butterflies as well as other birds set the tone for the stay. We stay there every trip up and back when visiting Virginia. Michael is 1st class host with nature 1st Off the beaten path but WELL worth the travel!

This spot is very beautiful and meticulously maintained. I could have sat outside and watched the butterflies and birds all day. The outdoor shower was a delight, I felt like I was in Hawaii surrounded by all the flowers. Really not that far off I-95 but you feel like you're at a retreat miles and miles away.

Absolutely Beautiful!!! Great landscaping, birds and butterflies galore. My 3rd trip there and it is getting prettier by the day. Trees are very tall. Lots of shade. If you need internet when you stay, stay elsewhere. Connection not good but not really needed for the Beauty on the campground. The hosts are phenomenal. Period. I wish all hosts would take a lesson from Cedar Creek Campground. Will camp there again

Clean, quiet place in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s only one site with full hook-ups but we were able to book that on the app easily. It’s a nice wooded area and many of the sites have gravel to park on and it’s very clean and well-kept. It rained on our trip but we still managed to enjoy our stay. Cell signal isn’t great that far out, but good enough for emergencies and if you really need internet a hotspot could do the trick or they offer wi-fi add-ons. They were great hosts and I liked that they don’t have a formal check-in process. Just go straight to your site, which are all clearly marked and easy to find. Overall, wonderful trip!

We booked our site pretty late at night but Michael was very responsive. We loved this campground and wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the outside shower. As a heads up, if you are arriving at night the mailbox is on the opposite side of the road to the driveway! We were looking so intensely on the side of the road that the campground is located, we missed the very obvious mailbox across the road!
