Small meadow next to a bean farm with creekside access. The property extends several miles along the nearby creek. Set up camp wherever you like, and even take a kayaking trip down the larger part of the creek, provided the water is high enough (we’re happy to help — we have trackers set up to monitor water levels). There’s ample space for several tents along the brush before you reach the creek bed. Provided chairs and a small grill will be ready for use upon arrival. A watering hole perfect for swimming is located roughly 0.3 miles down the creek from the entry point.Entrance marked by a large red gate that takes you past a soy bean and Christmas tree farm. Parking is available all down the left side of the pasture. Clearing in the brush leads to a an open grass patch with tree cover perfect for tents and hammocks. Just past the clearing is access to spooner creek where the property stretches for about several miles. Roughly a quarter mile from the camp site is a watering hole perfect for swimming with varying water height depending on preference and time of year. Fires and cooking are allowed and encouraged. Music volume should not be an issue as there are almost no neighbors in the general vicinity and trash is expected to be disposed of properly in the designated bins.
